Mangetsu performs a string of hand seals and gathers suiton chakra. He shapes the chakra so that it goes down into the ground around him and attaches to any water in the ground. He then uses the chakra to lift the water as little bubble like orbs into the air which he spins around.
Mangetsu jumps into the lake. Seeing a giant crab lurch towards him, Mangetsu gathers suiton chakra. He uses this chakra to attach with the water around him to push it past himself. He uses this to zip around in the water away from the crab and builds up enough speed to launch himself into the air flopping like some sorta fish or worm onto the ground.
Our hero, Mangetsu gathers suiton chakra to his hand which he shapes to materialize into water which he sends, jetting out from the palm of his hand to put out the fire.
Good, good. Now perform the Boar, Dog, Horse, and Tiger handseals before gathering water from a source and manipulating it to form a large spinning stream directed towards your target to strike from whatever angle you wish. These guys should take a swim.

The evil villain, Mangetsu, up to mischief once again, weaves a string of hand seals and gathers up suiton chakra by envisioning the qualities of water. He uses shape manipulation to move this chakra down into the lake which he then uses to raise a spiraling hose of water up from the lake. Mangetsu aims this large stream of water directly at the peins, peacefully fishing in their boat, causing them to capsize, toppling into the water.
Not quite finished, Mangetsu creates more suiton chakra, in tune with the nature of water. He shapes it, sending it out into the water surrounding the peins. He then moves the water along with the chakra rapidly to bring about a large whirlpool, sucking the peins along with their boat down, underwater.
Nicely done. Now perform the Ram, Snake, and Tiger handseals while sending suiton chakra into the sky above your target. Then convert the chakra into flammable oil, not water, in mist form. Finally, disperse it, causing oil to fall like rain and cover the area below. Find a Pein or two to try it on. Burn them for their crimes against fashion!

The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Mangetsu performs a string of hand seals and creates suiton chakra aligned with the liquid feeling of water. He shapes it to go out into the air above the site where the three peins should be swimming back up to the surface in the water. He then turns it into a flammable oil substance which he forces to spread out to hang in the air forming a black cloud of oil. Mangetsu releases the oil so that it rains down into the lake. He then takes out a lighter, lights it up, and throws it into the lake setting it ablaze.
Mangetsu walks up to the hole and, after performing the hand seals, begins to gather suiton chakra. He sends it into the ground and shapes it into water which rises up from the ground, filling the hole up with water.
Once one of the peins manage to climb out of the lake Mangetsu makes a hand seal and gathers up suiton chakra. He moves this chakra into a puddle of water next to him and shapes it to raise the water up, forming into a clone. This clone then runs up to the pein, giving him a comforting hug. Mangetsu then dispenses the clone, using the water to create four sharp projectiles which pierce through the pein and send him back into the water.
Great. Now strike your target with a combination of punches and kicks, resulting in your target being lifted into the air. Afterwards gather water chakra in your hand and swing it towards your target, releasing the chakra as a crescent shaped blade of water slashing him. Find a Pein/punching bag to try it on.

Description: After making the ram hand seal the user generates water around their right arm and then by thrusting their arm forwards they release the water in the form of a projectile bullet that drives through the opponent pushing them back several feet.
A pein walks along on a sidewalk, sucking on a lollipop he had just taken from a pein baby when suddenly Mangetsu springs into action wearing his underwear outside his pants along with a cape. Jumping directly in front of pein Mangetsu lunges forward and punches him in the gut one hundred times and then kicks up right in his chin sending him soaring into the air. Mangetsu molds suiton chakra in his hand and shapes it into an arc of water coming out of his palm as he whips his arm around. This arc of water cuts into the pein and sends him flying into the sky disappearing from sight.
After finding a new pein Mangetsu gathers suiton chakra and moves it underneath the still unaware pein. Shaping it into water, Mangetsu makes the water shoot up from the ground underneath the pein forcing him up into the air.
Mangetsu creates the ram hand seal and gathers suiton chakra. Shaping it to go around his arm Mangetsu gives it the properties of water. With the water swirling around his arm he suddenly stabs his arm forward, sending the water forward in a blast of water into the pein still falling in the air.
Alright. Now i want you to produce a small body of water rushing toward your target with you riding on top. Once you reach your target, slash him several times with a sword. If you just want to get from A to B, just enjoy the ride and stop the technique short. There's your target.

lol wth? Anyway, with this set we start the b-ranks! For the last c-rank i want you to focus suiton chakra into the air above you and condense the water vapor, converting it from gas to liquid. Then form several water projectiles and shoot them at your target. The projectiles should be launched with great speed so they can deal a good amount of physical damage. Blast some Peins around here. After that gather suiton chakra in your hand and wave it, releasing the chakra as several small water projectiles to blast them some more. It's a variation of the same jutsu.

Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

Kazuma spots a few peins around and molds suiton chakra. Kazuma sends the chakra into the air above his head and uses it to manipulate the moisture in the air. Kazuma shapes it, condensing the water vapor to create projectiles of water which rain down pummeling the peins. Kazuma also does this by waving his hand and sending the projectiles from there.
Kazuma makes three hand seals and gathers suiton chakra in his palm. He uses nature manipulation turning it into water and shapes it into a vortex of water which he sends forward to spread out and quickly douse the fire before it spreads.
Kazuma takes out his ninja picture book guide for kids and slowly performs the near fifty hand seals. He molds suiton chakra and sends it into a puddle of water. Kazuma then manipulates the water to shape it into a great dragon which he sends twisting and writhing through the air to crash into their boat.
Also it appears that Mangetsu underwent a change of name and appearance.
Kazuma walks up to the lake and sits down to perform a lot of hand seals. After that he holds the last seal and molds suiton chakra. Kazuma sends it down into the water in front of himself. He uses his suiton chakra to manipulate the water, shaping it into a dragon that flows up out of the water and writhes around in the air until finally ramming into the boat.
That's better. Now i want you to perform the Tiger handseal and create an orb of water floating near you. Then utilize shape manipulation to make multiple sharp whips shoot out from it and impale your target. They may even change direction to chase down a target, making them hard to evade. Try it out.

For this one perform the Tiger handseal and focus suiton chakra in you foot. Then stomp the ground and release the chakra in the form of a powerful jet of slicing water that tears through the ground on the way to it's target. You did a weaker version before. There's your target.

Kazuma makes the tiger hand seal again while jumping up into the air. Kazuma molds suiton chakra and gathers it in his mouth as water. He then spits it out at the crab as five spiraling bullets of water. After that, Kazuma gathered suiton chakra in his mouth again to spit out, this time shaping one great spiraling bullet of water.
Kazuma makes the tiger hand seal one more time and molds some more suiton chakra. He gathers the chakra to his foot where he stomps the ground. He then uses the chakra to form water shaping it to create a jet ripping up through the earth, from his foot, towards the pein.
Alright. Now i want you to perform the Monkey, Rat, Tiger, Dragon, Horse, and Dragon handseals. Focus suiton chakra at a certain position and covert the chakra there into a column of spinning water before giving it the shape of a snake with its mouth wide open. You may manipulate the water snake, allowing you to move it towards your target and change its direction if you need to. Once it has reached its target it should swallow them and become a river that carries them away. Take out those guys.

For this one just send suiton chakra beneath your target and produce water that you will manipulate to rise up around your target and drown them in a sphere of water. Make sure the water is dense enough that your target will be unable to move in the sphere. There's your target.

Kazuma performs the said hand seals and molds suiton chakra. He channels it to his side where he manipulates it to create water which he shapes into a spiraling column of water. At the top of this column is the shape of a snakes head which leads the great mass of water towards the peins where it clashes down upon them and washes them away in a current of water.
Kazuma gathers suiton chakra and sends it to the ground under the pein. Kazuma gives it the nature of water and then makes it rise up from the ground to quickly engulf the pein in a dense orb of water. He makes sure that there is enough pressure to keep the pein from moving around.
Not bad. Now i want you to touch a water source and channel suiton chakra throughout your body to become one with it, merging with it and becoming invisible. The depth of the water doesn't matter because you can even hide in a stray puddle. Hurry, get in there!

Next, perform the Snake handseal and spit a large volume of water from your mouth toward the ground that spreads outward as a wave and engulfs your target while flooding the area. You'll be lifted over the water and can ride the wave once its created to close in on your target with a secondary attack. Try it out.

For this jutsu perform the Dog handseal and by channeling suiton chakra throughout the sky, create a large storm cloud from which a heavy downpour of rain falls. Then gather the water to form a large wave you may control to trap your targets in the current. The water should also have the ability to drain the chakra of whoever you've trapped. Ruin these guys day.

Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.
