It it distorts and sucks in area it's placed. it also can move with you so how do u just "move away" from a spontaneous black whole something is going to be taken away from the susanoo... Yata Mirror is what I like to call the third and dumbest of the 3 Sacred Uchiha Sh*tjutsu (Izanami, Totsuka, Yata)

It's an awful addition to the manga and contradicts Itachi's most memorable quote of "every jutsu has a weakness" (to any smart arses out there about to say that yata isnt a jutsu then get lost, why would Itachi have said a quote with such gravitas if it didn't mean something important, those specifics make his speech irrelevant)

Also shame 90% of the characters in the manga can just dance around waiting til Itachi needs a spray of his asthmapump. Yata Mirror can stay around like a few minutes, max. That's not a weakness of the jutsu, it's a weakness of the user.

Zetsu stated that if Susano'o is wielding the shield the user is invincible.
Yata Mirror allows it's attributes to change in accordance of the attack,
which means Kamui and such are ineffective.

This exactly. With yata mirror blocking all ninjutsu and itachis immunity to genjutsu and susanoo blocking all external attacks itachi is really invinsible. All Hail Soo king

Nice try smartass, but the Databook classifies Kamui as an 'astral' attack, and in the databook it is said of Yata Mirror that it negates even astral attacks.
