I then release it as I have gathered it in my hand...I also manipulate it and make sure that the raiton chakra start to form into a very compressed ball. I make it so compressed that it is about to explode...then I throw it at the clone and I keep a constant amount of chakra in order to keep its shape tell it gets to the clone

like the lightning release 4 pillar bind you raise pillars up around the opponent that have lightning chakra infused within them that releases bolts of electricity to shock the opponent. In this case it's 16 pillars that form into the shape of an oven.
I focus on gathering in my lightning chakra, and I see your clone. Right after I gather in a huge amount of chakra I instantly release it and manipulate it to make pillars come up from the ground around the clone...Then the pillars form into a giant oven looking thing. Because I used lightning chakra to do this I focus on it to make the pillars shoot out lightning bolts from inside this oven shocking the clone while it is trapped in there

I start to gather in my lightning chakra...I then send it to my hand. I release my chakra as soon as I get a good amount into my hand...then as I have a chidori in my hand I start to manipulate it and it starts to form into a sword. I see the clone and point my sword at him...then with adding more chakra and manipulating the sword...it expands by 10 meters and hits your clone through the throat.

First I start to gather up my fuuton chakra...I start to release it and manipulate it to make it form a vortex around me. Next, as the vortex starts to build, I gather in raiton chakra and then I make sure to get a huge amount. I the release it into the vortex and mix it so it will cause an electric vortex. I start to manipulate the raiton chakra and I shape it into a dragon's head...I see you clone and make the vortex with the dragon's head charge at your clone

Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot, lightning technique invented by Sasuke Uchiha. He draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his strike and controls it with chakra. Due to the technique using natural lightning, which Zetsu says reaches the ground in 1/1000th of a second, it is one of the most powerful lightning techniques. However, the preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency; if there are no active thunder clouds the user must create them by using fire techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions.
Once a lightning source has been acquired, shaping and guiding the lightning to the target requires very little chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. The technique can completely annihilate a mountain.
Use a fire jutsu to shoot fire into the sky to alter weather conditions.
Here's a tip for that. You can use any fire technique as long as it's at least B rank and long range. You shoot the fire into the sky which due to heat it alters weather conditions forming thunder clouds. Then, form a chidori and use the chakra of the chidori to connect with the electricity in the clouds. After doing so, control the electricity once you've connected with it and make it crash down from the sky onto the clone. *creates a clone*

Spread your raiton chakra throughout your body and release it as a bright light that emanate's from your body. Use the light to blind my clone and set him in a genjutsu. The genjutsu is not one from the genjutsu list and you're basically using the light to trap my clone in any illusion you want. You can make him think he's trapped with chains tied around him or at the Bahama's xd . Just remember, the illusion you set him in is equal to C rank genjutsu and the blinding part only lasts for a few seconds.
