Kelvin was sitting on a boulder when Canderous came. His left leg was placed on a smaller boulder. His combat boots could show. As Canderous appeared, he stood up in a fashioned way.
Placing his left hand on the boulder he stood up from, he sent the boulder back as the boulder disappeared and went out of view.
He then said [color]Well... Let's get started here[/color]
After this, Kelvin then stretched out his hands as he shot different lightning senbons at him.

Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.

Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.

Active Abilities:
Helmet
-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).
Body Armor
-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

Note: In the abilities where its not stated, there is no move cost per activation
Note: The armor is in everything like a CW, having to be posted in the users bio and in the beginning of the fight.
Note: Each clan member has an armor which different looks but all have the above abilities

Watching the boulder Kelvin was sitting on, fling into the distance, Canderous did't flinch if that was Kelvin's way of showing off his strength; He simply waited for his opponent to make a move. Within a few moments, the Mandalorian sees his opponent send a few Lighitning senbons at him. Remaining calm, but alert, Canderous first inhales and then begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra while simultaneously weaving the three necessary hand seals with rapid speed[Rat → Rabbit → Dog] and uses nature manipulation to create futon. When Neji is finished building up his wind chakra, he spins around in a circle as he exhales and uses shape manipulation to create a huge wind blade that extends in all directions, over powers the Chidori Senbons & continues towards Kelvin.

(Fūton: Shinkūha) – Wind Release: Vacuum Wave

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and spins his body around while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit.
After sending the wave towards Kelvin, Canderous begins to preform the necessary tiger hand seal[since I mastered Katon] and then channel said chakra into his right hand. After doing so, he releases the fire from said hand and uses shape manipulation to create about 8-10 small, but very hot fireballs and launches them at his opponent. However instead of hitting him, Canderous just guides the fireballs so that he makes Kelvin think he had missed but in reality the balls are gathered all around them. Finally, he weaves the final hand seal to direct all the fireballs towards his opponent and they explode on contact & engulfs him in flames.

Description: The user first performs a series of three hand seals Dog→Horse→Tiger and then gathers up a lot of fire chakra in their chest. Afterwards, via mouth or hand, they fire off a barrage of several [about 8-10], but small fireballs hot enough to scorch the ground at their opponent. However, instead of hitting them directly [which makes the target believed that they missed], the mass of fireballs gather all around the opponent and seemingly appear to floating. Finally, with the use of a single hand seal [like the one Deidera uses to create explosions], the user directs all the intense fireballs towards their opponent and explodes on contact & engulfs them in flames.
Note: Must be taught by Yānks.

As he saw his jutsu had been cancelled out and his own still continued, he launched a water torrent which cancelled the wind and continued. This will later
cancel out the fire. As he saw the water evaporate, he knew the opponent had used fire. Immediately, he placed
Canderous in a genjutsu where a snake appeared below him and started crushing him in his hand. Gaara then touched the ground and created a pool below Canderous, lifting him into the air, he then launched 8 bullets to further lift him up, then a dragon from bove which grabbed him and rammed him in the ground.

The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

As his Fire and Wind techinique cancels out with Kelvin's Suiton, he notices a snake emerging from out of no where & seeing how his opponent didn't weave any hand seals before hand, Canderous can assume it was some type of Genjutsu. Activating his armor's Chakra Sensing ability in his helmet, the Mandalorian notices that his chakra looks altered - confirmig his prior assumption. To break out of the Genjutsu, Canderous has his armor jolt the chakra within his own body to disrupt the casted illusion.

By the time Canderous 'awakens' from the Genjutsu, he realizes that he's been lifted up into the air by some type of water pillar. Looking over to Kelvin, he notices his weave a few hand seals which result in small water bullets emerging from the ground in an attempt to strike his back. Before that would happen however, he starts to channel said chakra into the bottom compartments of his armor, where is feet are. Within seconds, Canderous creates a opposing force which causes him to propel himself horizontally with great speed and avoids the Water bullets [and the dragon as well].

As he activates his Jetpack and deactivates the Chakra Sensing in his helmet, he beings to fly 6 meters above & around Kelvin in a circle [mid range radius] with great speed. While doing this, Ordo gathers his fire chakra and molds it inside of his stomach while simultaneously weaving the one necessary hand seal [Due to fire mastery]. After doing so, he releases several super-heated fireballs down towards the ground [And because Canderous is flying in a circle, the fireballs come down in a ring-like shape]. As the fireballs rain down on the target from they cause severe, widespread damage and explode upon contact with the ground.

These fireballs have explosive and concussive abilities, similar to other fire techniques.

As Kelvin sees the opponent flying in circles high around him, seeing fire being released, he quickly made 1 handseal (Water mastery) as water rose up around him quickly, protecting him from the fire. Which will produce a lot of steam covering the surroundings and obstruct his opponents view. After this, Kelvin again makes the tiger handseal and forms a orb of water which from it, several whips emerges which were directed at him mid-air. The whips which emerge from the steam would come from below, above, behind, front and each side meant to impale him and give him no escape opening mid air

Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

So if you released the whips from the ground and they come from the orb, and only the orb, how is it that they're able to come from above or behind me? By the jutsu description, it would seem like they would just extend forward/upward in a whip-like fashion or in linear direction, not coming from all directions U_U I'm also gonna assume that your vision is blocked too.

As the descending fire balls would collide with the Encampment Wall and create steam, Canderous immediately re-activates his chakra sensing to help out his blurred vision in the steam. Right afterwards, the Mandalorian notcies that the enemy had released several whips of water that head towars him. In response, first inhales and then begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakr as he weaves five quicker hand ses. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra and uses nature manipulation to create sharp futon. When Canderous is finished building up his wind chakra, he releases it while turning his head in many directions. When this happens, he sends a few blades of Fuuton that easily cuts through the incoming water whips and continue towards Kelvin - who also has his vision obscured by the steam.

Description: After performing a the required hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog theuser takes a deep breath and exhales several blades of wind at different angles, by rapidly moving their head in various directions. The power of this technique can be dramatically enhanced when utilised in conjunction with the effects of extreme suction, such as that generated by the Baku, where the augmented attack proved effective enough to even slice through the defences of a complete Susanoo.
Right after he sends the Wind Blades towards Kelvin, the Mandalorian uses his Chakra Jet pack to shift over 10 meters to the right [still in mid range distance]. After doing so, Canderous begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra in his right fist. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning and creates a sphere of raiton over his right hand. When the Madalorian is finished building up his lightning chakra, he shoots a bolt of lightning into the sky; and in moments, it is guided back down towards Kelvin's location with immense speed [If it hit him, he would be paralyzed & possibly electrocuted. If it misses him, the Raiton would strike the water below him, thus electrocuting him].

Description: The user will raise his hand or a weapon and send an electrical discharge into the clouds, allowing them to create lightning strikes in the desired location. The discharges are triggered right after the technique and cannot be delayed or prepared before hand but are quite fast.
