Alright, like everyone else I've taught - welcome to Yang Release Training. Let's keep it simple and saavy, start by telling me what you understand about Yang Release in terms of the RP. I know there's a whole mythological and religious meaning to it; but let's keep it in context to the game.

Alright, like everyone else I've taught - welcome to Yang Release Training. Let's keep it simple and saavy, start by telling me what you understand about Yang Release in terms of the RP. I know there's a whole mythological and religious meaning to it, but let's keep it in context to the game.
Yin and Yang are energies that exist, normally, in equal parts inside every living being with chakra. They are the energies that rule and create Chakra itself and give it its properties. Yang is the counterpart to Yin and is the energy that controls Vitality, Consciousness, and Will.

The typical Yang technique is a great aid to Medical techniques and the Body Arts, which would be a Yin domain, because they imbue the target with vitality and life, essentially allowing oneself to be brought back into peak health, or augment their limit and potential. This is seen in techniques such as Birth of Nation and Touch of the Sun. While Yin, which is the energy of properties and conditions, uses chakra to rebuild, treat and heal, Yang is generally considered to be a more mystical sort of healing, for it is mainly the bringing oneself and others into peak condition and growth, rather dealing individually with each ailment or imperfection. This ability of Yang is also showcased in Power of the Sun, where the infusion of Yang energy is made to push the target past its limitations, and allow for growth and power superior to baseline, both in terms of Physical Damage Output, Physical Damage Resilience, and Speed.

The second separate ability of Yang is that of Consciousness and Will. While Yin is the creator of form and shape, the vessel if you will, Yang is the energy that brings it alive. Generally speaking, the infusion of Yang is called upon when attempting to give a degree of Sentience, Self-Awareness, and Individuality to a technique or creation. While many Ninjutsu techniques have Clone and Anima techniques, when exploring Yang, these properties are accentuated and purified. This is exemplified in techniques such as Change into Hell or Onibi, where the user is allowed a near-limitless ability to turn their techniques into living and sentient beings to aid them in battle, or the notion that Yang's part in techniques such as Hands of Sloth and 8 Branched Giant Snake is the ability to grant these annexed limbs sentience and independence.

Lastly, and as a proud Yin user, I'm highly interested in not only the ability to give and augment, as described before but also in the ability to take and degenerate, the exact opposite of them. Techniques such as White Tiger open the door to Yang being the energy that rules the aforementioned Aspects, not just the one that augments them. That is to say, where Vitality can be granted, it can be taken. The imbalance of Yang energy can be made to augment and also degenerate, not just in the sense that Yang counteracts the Yin Energy, which composes half of every living being's chakra, but also in the sense that Yang itself could be used to remove Vitality from the target. Likewise, it would make sense for Yang to be able to remove Sentience and Individuality from techniques, and that would be very interesting to explore.

Not sure if there are any other interesting properties of Yang.

Good explanation. While there might be a few other unique aspects, these are commonly the most well known among them. The last aspect tends to be the most forgotten - and that is how Yang has destructive properties, as its can cause degenerating of an opponent's physical body, it can even be used to create viruses and other mutagens, like with Onibi - so it really adds in an extra layer of just how much damage this skill can apply to someone.

Now, before we move on I have to ask a question. Is Yin truly removed from Yang or vice versa when utilising the fields?

It is not, ultimately we are still using chakra, and that is composed by both emergies. Yang techniques are typically highly skewed towards the Yang aspect, but there should always be a bit of yin in everything.

Good, that's correct. Now then we'll move into the techniques, and within them I want to see if you can find the 'yin' within the technique. Also, questions will be mandatory! So let's start with:

(Yoton: Jigoku ni henkō) - Yang Release: Change into Hell
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A (+50, -10 per turn)
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user is able to use their Yang nature too imbue life into an elemental technique, creating a Yang/Element sentient entity that remains on the field to aid them. The only limit is the size of the technique originally used as an elemental source, as the resulting entity will always be half the size. The entity can be interacted with, can act on its own, and is made of the element sourced with all its properties intact. Its strength is based on the original elemental technique used as a source. This doesn’t consume time since it is actually a skill applied to a technique used within the same timeframe. The infused chakra increases the technique by an additional ten chakra, of the fifty it costs in total. Note that the resulting entity created by this technique is bound by logical limitations of its shape and nature; a meteor cannot move on its own, a pillar cannot walk away, and a statue without arms cannot pick things up. Likewise, while it is able to use techniques from the source it is created from it cannot extend into different fields. For instance, if Susano’o is brought to life by this technique it cannot use Blaze Release unless the Susano’o itself is constructed, or partially formed, from Blaze itself (e.g. Sasuke’s Susano’o). It is bound by the literal source it is formed from, rather than the fields it is bound to.
Note: Usable 3 times per battle and up to 6 times per event to create one entity with up to 300 chakra points that is able to use jutsu from the source it was created from. Its chakra reserves can be replenished through external means, and because it has a chakra network can fall under the influence of Genjutsu or other Spiritual-based techniques.
Note: Yang Release Specialists and Yin-Yang users can apply this technique to advanced fields and CE and advanced elements.

This is essentially your ability as a Yang user to breath life into a technique, gifting it sentience. Normally it only works on the basic five for normal uses but advanced users can apply this to Custom Elements and other advanced fields. What you think about this one?

Really? I have to find the Yin? I'd rather discuss the ways to exploit them Ahah. Well, here we can find the Yin in the change of the technique's size. Yin rules over form and shape, and as Yang brings it to life, the Yin part reshapes the combination slightly. Likewise, the ability to create a chakra network and produce chakra techniques from the element/ability it is composed of is also going into the Yin side of things, or, at least, it being the production of chakra, a joint effort between the Yang and the Yin energies.

Okay so this is one of the techniques I am most interested in, as it can grant sentience to a technique, to essentially produce an autonomous ally with a chakra source ( 300 CP ). Presumably health as well, but nothing is mentioned, so that makes it my first question: Does it have health, and how does it get defeated? If I produce a familiar from an A rank Fire technique, it gets boosted to an S rank familiar, 40 chakra tiered, dealing 60 damage on contact, but also with the ability to produce fire techniques. If it gets hit by a water technique B rank ( 20 Chakra, 40 damage ) does it get neutralized like a normal 60 damage tech? Does the 10 chakra infusion boost damage as well as chakra tier?

Also, is there a limit to the rank of chakra it can produce? Like an A rank familiar can only produce A rank techniques, or something like that? Likewise, what rank is the familiar in relation to ninja ranks? For example, a technique that only affects Genin, does it affect the familiar, or does that not apply? I'm saying this in relation to Yamanaka techniques, for example, where the rank of the Yamanaka and the rank of their target matter.

Good, that is basically what the 'Yin' with this technique is. As for the questions, the first is that it's health is determined by the damage it has. So if you was to create an S Rank with boosted to 160, then its health points would be 160. The way to defeat it is simply how you'd do with other sentient beings, until your HP or Chakra runs outs. The additional +10 does not increase it's power no.

And no, there's no limitation. The technique sort of becomes the S Rank of Change into Hell, allowing it to use S Rank Techniques of its nature freely. As for what rank its treated as...that's a bit of a trick question, but we can ask LoK how that is treated because I'm not sure myself. There's a few other things to note while on this, this cannot be applied to techniques that inherently has no chakra within it. So techniques like Leaf Dragon God which while its says '30' in the chakra section, that's simply the character temp enhancing the body to become strong enough to produce the chakraless winds. Another thing to note too is that the -10 per turn is actually taken from the familiar's chakra pool, rather than your own. On the plus side, when fighting an opponent who used this, you can easily put the familiar into Genjutsu, or if vs someone with Yin - tethers will not latch onto you, but rather attach onto the familiar now.

Any more questions?

Did not realize that about the -10, that is good indeed.
No further questions, your honour.

Alright, and thus we move into the next technique:

(Yoton: Taiyōnomegumi) - Yang Release: Touch of the Sun
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra cost:70 per use
Damage points: N/A
Description: Through the infusion of Yang natured chakra into others, users can heal others to their original best physical form. It can be used to regrow missing body parts, heal wounds, purge poisons, etc. The target needs to be alive and the bigger the injury, the longer it takes to heal. The limits of the heal, however, are almost none as it can heal 150 damage per turn and can even heal the chakra system or other injuries that are otherwise not possible to be healed. The technique requires time and physical contact and as such isn't very suited to use in a battle when compared to regular Iryo Ninjutsu.
Note: Yang Release Specialists and Yin-Yang users are able to use on themselves.

This basically the best healing technique in the roleplay. It basically allows the user to heal someone to a huge degree, going as fas as regrowing lost limbs or body parts. This is what I was going to use to replace Isabella's eyes - but she wanna be a brat about it smh. Anyways, this is only really surpassed by its Suen equivalent but I still much prefer this over it. Now, let's deep dive into this one shall we?

Isabella wanted to be vindicated, not healed lol.

What is there to dive into? The technique just says heal all, it's like a Uno Reverse card lol The Yin in this technique is everything but the name lol. Luckily, it does not heal mental and spiritual damage, so I'm still gucci. Anyway, here's an exploiting question:
How does the technique figure out what is the original best physical form? If I heal a 60 year old, does it gain the physical form of a 30 year old? If I heal a baby, does it grow to the peak age?

Also, if there are any genetical mutations, does it heal these traits or does it heal back to top health at the best of what the genetical mutation allow? Especifically, if I alter the genetical composition of my opponent, will he be able to heal it with this or will I be able to apply debilitating wounds on them?

Likewise, if these conditions and physical wounds are dealt through Anutu, will it still be able to heal them?

What a loaded question, but to answer this to the best of my ability - no; you'd just be healing that person back to their current peak prior to being damaged. There's no aging or deaging of people through this, as you said - its strictly healing at its apex. At best, you'd be able to like, restore Sharingans etc but iirc that would require the person healing you too to also have it to have an idea how to recreate the genetic mapping to form the eyes.

Mutations...hrmm, I guess if its natural to you, like if you have horns or such - those can be healed and regrown yes but I don't think technique made mutations would work, it really depends. No nerfing or bad mutations can be made lol, its just the ulimate healing. As for Anutu, I believe it would work against it as Anutu is only strong against Yin - Yang, neutral to Yang and Yin separately.

(Yoton: Ken'i) - Yang Release: Power of The Sun
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 100 (50 per turn)
Damage points: N/A (+40 to Taijutsu)
Description: The user will reinforce his own body with Yang natured chakra, empowering his physical abilities to the outermost limits. This allows him to become physically very strong (beyond the normal levels of chakra enhanced strength), increases his resistance to physical damage (decreasing 60 damage from any physical contact), his speed (boosted to 3.5x his normal speed), and grants him a passive healing of all minor wounds at 30 damage per turn. However, by infusing himself with the Yang Nature, he becomes unable to use Yin Release techniques or Yin/Yang Release techniques; he cannot use Genjutsu or non elemental Ninjutsu of any kind (including special fields like Fuuinjutsu).
Note: Can only be used twice per battle and lasts 4 turns per use.

Here's the next one! Basically a physical empowerment, allowing you to enhance ya speed and power while passively healing damage off and also gaining a damage shaving capability. Only down side is it locks out of certain skills in return. Thoughts?

So the Yangers have a quasi-Yang Mode as well as a Yang Mode? Lol

Stronger beyond CES
-60 Inherent Damage Shaving
x3.5 Speed
Heal 30 Damage p/ Turn
Lasts 4 turn.

Sounds like a very good deal lol Especially for people that don't care at all for Yin or Genjutsu. It doesn't even restrict Elemental Ninjutsu lol. Yang is really just... awful lol
No questions, I dislike this technique.

Actually, if it specifically grants you strength beyond CES, does this technique give you access to the CES taijutsu related techniques?

( Yoton: Byako ) - Yang Release: White Tiger
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 70 (-40 per turn)
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user gathers Yang energy into his arms and hands, creating pseudo sentient white tiger heads. Due to the Yang energy, the arms become incredibly hot, causing steam emanate from them. The tiger heads roar when the user attacks and releases the dense steam as a result. In spite of the menacing appearance of the tigers, the strikes do not cause bone crushing or outwardly physical harm. Each strike onto the target causes a massive release of yang chakra into the body, which causes an imbalance of Yang energy. The imbalance results in the target's inability to mold chakra sufficiently for techniques. A single strike from this technique is all that is required to imbalance one's chakra. Targets afflicted by this imbalance become incapable of using techniques unless they spend 3x the amount chakra ordinarily required. However, excessive amounts of chakra from this technique (one turn of contact or a total of 4 completed strikes) results in a more degrading consequence. The incoming chakra becomes so great that it literally begins to burn away the victim's Yin Release chakra in order to make room until the ratio of Yin is at its minimum level required for the victim to remain alive. This reduces the victim's chakra pool by 50% as well as cause their body such tremendous physical pain due to the excess physical energy in their body. Their muscles begin to tear resulting in their movement speed being reduced by 1/4th. Other Yang Release users and Yin-Yang users are capable of controlling the excess amounts of Yang release energy due to their training and thus, will not lose any speed and will only lose 25% of their chakra. Senjutsu surges of equivalent chakra or infusions of those ranks will negate the side effects of this Jutsu, allowing it to be ended prematurely. Should two or more strikes land, the amount of chakra needed to break it will increase likewise, requiring 20 more chakr.
Note: One strike prevents the use of techniques S-rank and above and requires 3x the normal cost for techniques A-rank and below. Yin-Yang Release users can use S-rank at 3x the cost due to their elevated control. The use of Yin Release and genjutsu above A-rank becomes impossible after 2 strikes. All matter of genjutsu becomes unusable after 4 strikes.
Note: The technique ends when the user calls for it or after they've made 4 successive strikes, whichever comes first. While the jutsu is active, the user cannot use Yin Release or non-elemental ninjutsu.
Note: Usable twice per battle and with a 4 turn cool down.

And here we are to one of the more debilitating techniques found in the Yang techniques. Talk to me about it

Ok so, here should be the Yin part, where the chakra/yang energy assumes the shape of tiger heads. The potential energy and density of this technique causes the arms to become hot and steam comes out from them.

Upon contact, the Yang energy will start to cause an imbalance in the Yin and Yang equilibrium within the body and make the production and moulding of chakra much less efficient. It requires the hit target to expend 3 times more chakra than normal to produce the same strength and tiered technique as normal ( Thus more chakra but no increase in tier or strength, it is considered just lost chakra ). As per the last sentences of this technique, it also prevents the target from using S ranks and above ( YY users can still use S rank ). After two strikes, Yin cannot be used and Genjutsu above A rank can't be used ( YY user or not ). After 4 strikes or a full turn, no Genjutsu can be used.

After a full turn of contact or 4 strikes, the target will have it's yin energy burnt away, causing half of their total chakra reserves to disappear. The strain on the body will cause tearing that will reduce their speed by 1/4th. This can be mitigated by Yang or YY users, not losing speed and losing only 25% of their chakra.

Senjutsu surges of equivalent chakra or infusions of those ranks will negate the side effects of this Jutsu, allowing it to be ended prematurely. Should two or more strikes land, the amount of chakra needed to break it will increase likewise, requiring 20 more chakra.

This part I don't understand.

Ok.
