Its one of my custom jutsu,i havent said that at all
but what does that tackle do..
The user, is making a kaiten and before its fully a kaiten he jumps, thus leaping in the air, having enough altitude to attack the opponent with a tackle

haha suiton goushouku-zame doesnt mean i go underwater..... i stay on top and from the firgertips of my hand i place them on the surface of the water and sharks come out
