I concentrate lightining chakra to every poure of my body. Then release. Lightning is expelled all around me chocking all of the pinata pals until that are just a heap of burning cardboard and colored paper, thier candy innerds spilled all over the place...

ok sensei.... I concentrate lightning chakra into my hand. I then reform it into the shap of a needle, nice and long . I throw a pack of playing cards into the air, then throw the needles that I form. Every card get run through and then stuck to a stree behind it

ok let me see if I've got this right. I spin lightning and wind chakra around me till if form a dragon..... is the dragon formed around me or off somewhere else?? Do i then throw it or attack the enemy myself???

I add power to a long whip of lightning and spin it around myself forming a dragon... I then add wind to give it dragon's breath... (this is how i do both
) I then throw myself at the enemy and lightning arcs and strickes the enemy.... and in this case the enemy is the guy trying to give me a summons to appear in court....uh...sorry....i thought of another jutsu when i told u what to do =/

Thats what it sounds like to me ^^
I concentrate my wind and lightning chakra to form a tornado and spin it around myself forming a dragon... I then add more wind to give it dragon's breath... I then attackthe enemy and lightning arcs and strickes the meter maid that is about to give me a ticket
I STILL HAVE 20 MINUTES XD!!!
