I pull out two wooden swords and use
(Raiton:Ikadzuchi no Utage)-Lightning style:Lightning Bolt Feast

The user starts by creating a typhoon of water. He then injects the water with high concentrations of electricity causing a current to pass through the water, causing electrolysis. Electrolysis of water occurs and pure oxygen and hydrogen form in high concentrations. The hydrogen-oxygen mixture must be ignited by either a separate fire attack or explosive tag. Pure hydrogen-oxygen flames emit ultraviolet light and are nearly invisible to the naked eye [2]. Hydrogen-oxygen flames burn at 3,645 degress fereheit [3] which is considerably higher than the highest temperature white flame which is 2,730 degrees ferenheit [3]. The result of all of this is a typhoon, charged with a high electric current, surrounded by a high intensity flame, that can be used to attack an opponet or down out an on comming attack.

The wooden armor can be removed can be removed when B or A ranked jutsus are used agianst it, allowing the user to escape the jutsu, leaving only the armor which looks like a shell of the user. Does not protect at all agianst S-ranked jutsu.

(since you are bound this way, I should point out that there is wood all around you. more specifically your hand, so there wont be a need for all of those hand seals

The user then injects the seed into the blood stream, which then makes its way to the heart or brain. The user then channels his chakra causing the seed to grow, stopping all blood flow causing instant death. *Can only be used once per battle*

I come up underneathyou underground and inject the seed into your foot
I wait for it to travel up to your heart and then I channel my chakra letting it grow into a fern.
And for the overkill, I Close my fist signifying for the tree you are bound in to crush you.....
