I did. And as I said, I'm a UchihaAvenger I could make any character of Uchiha the avenger. So basicly it gives me acess to EMS. But I am a lv2uchiha.

Remeber what I said:

- UchihaLV1- Normal sharingan
- UchihaLV2- Mangekyou Sharinga

and

- Mangekyou Sharingan- Kage Rank.

The exception with a Madara based character is that when you reach Kage rank you can learn EMS as well as do teleportation.

No, Sasuke can't teleport. If you would read the rules like I've stated for people to do, over and over again , you'd see a line that says something like "It's not been confirmed that EMS lets you teleport so if you have EMS and not Madara or Yondaime then you are not allowed to teleport."

Always check the Stickies in the Battle Arena Forum first, if those don't have the information you are looking for in regards to battling then create a thread. There is actually a Battle Arena Rulemakers group and there is usually at least one of us on at all times.

Hopefully he's taking my advice and going through the rules. He also mentioned changing over to a Madara user.
