so for cold:

Suiton! Kaze! Mystical Palm Technique

The water will make the chakra cool but to make it colder you need the wind too.

Try it; no jutsu, just the release

okay now what i need you to do is use the mystical palm technique.

the first thing you will need to do is stop the bleeding;

concentrate as much fire chakra into your hand as you can stand. When you feel it burning change the shape in to a beam (like a lazer)

This will burn the blood vessels and stop the bleeding.

good after you stop the bleeding you need to repair the damage;

stop the chakra and release earth before you start again.

This should repair the damage.

The earth release will be a little diffucult for you because you dont have much earth chakra but try your best.

Okay, the last thing you need to do is release the tinyest amount of lightning chakra you can into the damaged vessels.

If you dont do this than the brain could have permanent damage.
