PS3 has better exclusive games, but multiplat games run better on the 360. I used my PS3 for most of my gaming, but now That I have a 360 I've been tryin to balance time between the two systems. Each system has their strengths and weaknesses, but I think the PS3 is a better overall product.

I have an Xbox just cuz halo is an xbox exclusive but if halo was multi platform game id go with ps3 l just for free online THAT'S IT. I don't buy bluerays(looks the same to me) and even if ps3 has better graphics it doesn't mean the game will be funner. And don't bring up the old rrod problem that only happened with the old ass gen 1-2 xboxs, I got my slim like 2 years ago play it for hours at a time and it still works great!

Both are good, both have different things that make them good. People need to get off there high horse and realize that.

360 is the clear winner IMO.

PS. The Xbox controller is for men. You need real hands to handle it, not that flimsy PS3 rubbish.

this is highly subjective. Ps3 has better blu ray and slightly better looking exclusives. the exlusives for ps3 are also good. and has free online gaming which is a great advantage.

But IMO xbox 360 is better because

online experience is far better with the 360

the content(game market place and video marketplace)and the integration is better. the interface is better than PS3 again its my opinion

kinect with voice and hand gestures believe or not makes the console better and in general kinect is better than move

And the future features for xbox such as smartglass makes me believe xbox is the better

Both consoles are good but i think xbox suits me

As for xbox 360 it does allow cross game chat,but I don't like that anyways. I always find it annoying if some one is playing a different game and starts talking about that when i'm trying to play bf3 with my other friends. Plus I lost interest in xbox gameing ever since my third xbox had the rod. So I don't buy as many games for my xbox anymore.

Also as for xbox 360/ps3 controllers you just have to get used to playing on them. And kinetic sucks.

Xbox Live is 100% better than PSN.
But:
PSN is free, Blu-Ray, Very cool games, 3D games, 320 GB Max. memory.

Both companies made many mistakes with their respective consoles, from pricing and marketing up to system features and peripherals, but to me the PS3 is more redeemable. The red ring fiasco on Xbox 360 may not happen often anymore, but it is a strike nevertheless... PS3 has better graphics imo, even though in the later years there aren't any major differences between the two.

The controller argument is pointless, it is all about getting used to something, personally I can't use the Xbox's to save my life, but that doesn't mean it's garbage. And I know many people with small hands who can play on Xbox just fine, men and women

There are definitely better shooters than Halo, and the Gears series has gone downhill... As for peripherals, I admit that Kinect is much better than PS Move, even though none of them are particularly important to player experience
