(Meiton: Tsuji Giri) - Dark Release: Night Slash

Description: The user will hold their palm outwards and a sword made out of dark chakra will come out of their meiton mark on their palm. This sword can be used to combat against other weaponry that utilizes chakra to increase their strength. Description: The user will focus their Dark Chakra and form 3 handseals. After finishing the three handseals, they form a large, floating body of Dark chakra with 10 extending arms of Dark Chakra that forms a fist on each one (Each fist having a destructive force that can break bones), a Dark Jellyfish. The body of the jellyfish moves slowly through the air but the arms can attack swiftly. The jellyfish's body can absorb C-Rank jutsu and after doing so, can burst in a large mass of blue fire that burns anything short-range of it.
Restrictions:
~Usable once.
~After absorbing 3 attacks, the jellyfish will vanish in thin air.

Description: The user will touch one of their hands to the ground while releasing Dark chakra at any location. At that location, a large claw will emerge out of the ground and will be controlled by the user. The claw can absorb C-Rank or lower jutsu and once it does, it grows much larger in size. It can emerge quickly and silently.
Restrictions:
~The claw cannot move from it's original position.
~Usable three times.
~Can only absorb one attack. Any B-rank and above technique will destroy it afterward.

well it seems like its just chakra manipulation, you extrend your meiton chakra from your bottom square and maniuplate it into the shape of a sword while its being extended, and the it can be cut off causing the blade to leave the square and fly off in the swung direction
I begin channel my meiton into the bottom square, i then begin to force my chakra out of the bottom square all the while keeping it sleek like a blade, once the blade is at its max length i raise my arm up and slash it downwards, as i do this i cut off the chakra supply causing the blade to fly off towards the distance
A few questions:
Whats the max length of the blade?
How far can i throw it
What will it do if i say slash a wind fire or lightning technique?
how much damage would it do to flesh?
could i use super vibrating sword to allow it to cut through steel?
thats all haha
I begin channel my meiton into the bottom square, i then begin to force my chakra out of the bottom square all the while keeping it sleek like a blade, once the blade is at its max length i raise my arm up and slash it downwards, as i do this i cut off the chakra supply causing the blade to fly off towards the distance

It's a blade that comes out to the length of a normal sword.
Long-Range.
Cut through it.

well i like this one, its mostly just chakra manipulations to form a giant entity with arms that can pummel the crap out of your opponent, although i have alot of auqestions about this one

Ok this one raises a shet load of questions for me:
Do i need to use inhaling maw prior?
How fast is thie technique executed after the handseals?
Can i cause it to appear anywhere on the battlefield or does it need to be used near me? example i cause it to be summon above my opponent and come down ontop of him
How much reach do the arms have?
It says it can withstand 3 attacks but it also says it can only absorb c rank techniques so what happens if my opponent uses a single A rank ability?

No. Your own chakra is used.
As much time as you take to coalesce chakra into one spot and form it. Slightly faster than Earth techniques.
Yes. Anywhere mid-range.
Beyond normal "short-range". A few arms length. Can stretch a bit farther.
Absorb a C-rank level of chakra out and then poof.
Yes. 360 degrees short-range.

this is a technique i like, the idea is awesome and the fact its silent is even better
I channel my Meiton chakra into my right palm and then slam it onto the ground, while channeling my chakra into the ground i cause it to manifest into a claw directly behind my opponent, i then cause the claw to grip the opponent as another attack strikes.

Does it use inhaling maw?

Your own chakra.
Emerges as fast as earth spikes. The time it takes to form is slightly longer because it's a released stream.
Yes.
Only problem with this technique is the touching of the ground as this leaves you open to earth techniques. This technique mirrors a lot of earth techniques so the opponent can't directly tell this is a dark release technique till it's too late.
yeah this is the kind of technique id use after a large scale technique, or id use it after Hidden mist jutsu. If my opponent cant see me and i know he cant move from a larger scaled technique, that would be the best time to execute this
