What is this...??? how can it be so hard and so goddamn unsimple to play RPG in here. I mean okay, we have to learn our stuff first, jutsus you know, but that takes time, and i can't learn many, because before i can learn high level jutsus, i have to post like 5000 replies, that's alot of writing. I just want to create a character with some jutsus from the list, have him approved, and play RPG, i know that patience is a good thing, but it seems i don't have it.
And furthermore, it seems that everyone's sannin or higher, how many posts did you do???, can't we just play RPG???

I know it takes long to get trained in jutsus but at this time there are a lot of senseis in NB now, so atleast you will get trained in 1 element, so just make a plain and simple bio wait until it gets aprove then ask a sensei for training, by the way senseis are those members with orange names

And to be honest this is one of the simplest and easiest to get involved with RPs I've seen. Obviously you can't just join and have everything given to you. You need to put in some effort. Don't expect the system to fit your lack of effort.
