I will have to agree with the sensei being sexist, because often times, other girls I know on here in the past have said, "If you want training, flirt a little bit, because thats how it worked for me." Im not the type to do that, but I've seen it happen, and then when the girl rejected the male sensei's online advancings, they stopped training them and everything. Im not saying all of the sensei are, but Im not dimissing the fact that alot are, whether they admit it or not, I've witnessed.

i have noticed to tbh, but i am not a snitch U_U and could careless.. it is quite pitiful. i may have to become a sensei and be the real deal one day.

That poll of yours is inconclusive at best and utterly useless otherwise. All it shows that people who are active in posting and participate actively in this section are probably in this specific age group. The membership of the base is much larger than the small number which voted.

It's just simple probability statistics.

It's not a matter of what you mind and don't the point is this is a family forum and will always be one. Members have to adapt to this. Who knows, maybe a 18+ section will be made later.

I've seen people use some horrific grammer. Granted, for many people English isn't thier first or ven second language so some disconnect is to be expected. For some reason when people get behind a computer screen and start typing away on that keyboard, they can be pretty nasty. Its like they are taking out the frustrations in thier own life on others.

I think people are comming after the hidden Ash because they are an un-official village which is acting like an official one, so people feel the need to bother them (see the previous statement for reasoning). The japanese have a saying. "the nail that sticks out gets hammered." ... yes I took that line from Fast and the furious: tokyo drift xd. If they spam you just report them, and we'll clean things up.


Some people get LULz from posting nasty pics and watching reactions. It's very immature.

The older generation may just need a break from training. dont forget that these guys have been at this for a LONG time and trained many students. Dont forget that they are members too and need time to themselves to do the things that they like to do. Each generation seems to be more and more eager to catch up to the older ones so they try and gain power as quickly as possible. It took me close to a year to get trained in the basic 5 elements, and that was when we had 25~35% of the current ammount. There are many fresh sensei comming and with each senpai's promotion comes two new senpai. Many people complain that they had been waiting a week for training. A WEEK! The senseis are constantly being flooded with PMs and VMs and battle tests, and questions about fights, so even if they arent training, they may be doing something else. Just hang in there buddy ^_^

Who says Mods dont love NB members? SY is nothing but love... and third person references ¬_¬. I dont like Mods being generalized like that, when I personally see how hard we are working for each and every one of you, at paces that keep accelerating.

Agreed. RP is for fun battles, not arguing about tiny nuances. I do tend to argue when a person just isnt being realistic and overestimates thier power. When people act like that it isnt fun. Thats why you havnt seen me fight in a while.

Can you provide proof of stockpiling of jutsu? Normally people dont make a custom if they dont intend to use it. And if they arent going to use it, then let them keep making jutsu util they hit thier 35 custom cap. then they cant post any more customs.

No sensei or mod is sexist. There is probably another reason why that person was chosen. Maybe the first person had already learned 3 elements and the other was brand new.

You are allowed to talk about whatever you want... as long as it doesnt disrupt or ruin any one elses experience (within reason). Thats why we have the global rules/

Everyone has a right to discuss thier opinions. sometimes, people do go overboard and dont use common sense, but that doesnt mean you have to read it. Thats the great thing about reading, you get to select and choose what you want to read.

Basically we are doing everything we can to make the forums an enjoyable experiencefor EVERYBODY.

I can agree with the basic idea: Stop the hating, the flaming and the trolling.

But i can't be more clearer than this: 80% of NB are kids. What do you expect? Adult-like behavior from kids? Maturity? Not going to happen.

Also, as for the Staff and senseis, i think you are personalizing the warnings and infractions you receive and trying to generalize as a problem from the whole staff, which isn't completely true.

Staff is made out of people. They are indeed fair and they "rule" with compassion but they are people non the less.

I understand why you want to change something in the forum teno, but most of what you said isn't right or is basically personalized to an extent that makes it useless observations.

And one thing: everyone can come online and complain all they want...but i've yet to see a single viable suggestion to actually make things better. Do you have any?

Guys if you see something wrong on the forum don't just sit there and complain. Report it; PM me, VM me. The whole staff tries their best to make NB a safe, family oriented, spam free place where you can all relax.
