Itachi's complete Susano form can't be broken through, Sasuke's non-complete one could though (Demonstrated by the Raikage, as well as fracturing the bones, but even at A's strength he still couldn't break it, unless his leg drop would have done it but we weren't able to see that outcome), Although Mei seemed to do pretty good against it with her KG's, but then again Sasuke was out of chakra so doubt anything can truly break Susano's defense, just my opinion though.

Don't completely remember that exactly, but given that Danzo was only ever seen fighting Sasuke, Sasuke did not have the complete form of Susano at that time (If I remember correctly, would be nice for a chapter link though)

even without his susanoo itachi would win this fight
he has the sharingan so any move oro throws at him he will dodge because he is smart enough to find the weakness to a jutsu as he proved against pain and his planetary devistation in jus a few second he said how it workd and how to destroy it and it worked also he has great skill with kuni and he has a tech that makes a shodow clone into a bomb
so basically with his smarts, sharingan, kuni/taijutsu skills and exploding shadow clone i think he could win with that alone ( and then there is so much more past that)

genjutsu is 1/3 of itachi's arsenal. the only reason he uses genjutsu is because hes a pacifist and prefers to subdue rather than submit.

genjutsu was more 2/4ths , like shishui its what he was known for , and what made him most deadly... ao , shikkaku all recognized him for his skill in it.. of course he had other forms of combat, he's skilled in nin tai etc ,but he mostly starts/ends a fight with genjutsu .... kakashi , orochimaru, deidara
