ok first i just made a summoning and i forgot where to go to get the names of the jutsu i want to make from......and also the custom jutsu thread is closed.....where do i go know??

custom jutsu thread will open up sooner or later, but if you mean the english to jap translater for the summon its posted on the 1st post of the custom jutsu thread.

custom jutsu thread is more than likely closed so the ones who do the custom jutsu checking can accept/decline the new submissions and should be back open when they have finished. U_U

You can't have that contract, as Goro Kaguya already has the Bears (which includes any type of bear) contract. Also you only post your contract on that thread when you get it approved in the custom jutsu thread.
