There's no proof he's faster. I'll tell you what I told my friends in the Naruto FC.
Naw. Sasuke's power up isn't better. Heck, we don't even know how it works, so we can't really say it's better. Need I remind you how powerful the attacks and defenses of gudou-damas of juubi jins weaker than Naruto are? I beg to differ about unoriginal powerups. Naruto's use of individual biju powers seems a pretty original.
As for speed, it's not like there's proof that Sasuke's faster. In fact, Naruto at one point also nearly blitzed Madara.

It was merely limbo hengoku that stopped Naruto, which is obviously faster than Madara's normal self. If you look closely, you'll notice that Madara's lightning wave is still activated by the time Naruto got there, meaning that he moved so fast that Madara couldn't deactivate a jutsu, and had to resort to limbo. He could have very well blitzed Madara like Sasuke did.

But even then, Madara stopped to put Kakashi's eye in his socket, so Sasuke had time to catch up in a time Madara was not prepared.

All in all, there's not proof Sasuke's faster, and it's unlikely that someone with a yin powerup which obviously related to dojutsu and special powers is going to be faster than someone with a yang powerup revolving around the body.
1. Better eyes give far better precog, so they can react to far faster opponents better.
2. He got a powerup from sage. Who says it's just eyes? There could've been a physical power bump also. If only slight.
Yea, I said Sasuke seems >= naruto in speed. In op I said it's possible madara couldn't react to naruto either, so they're equivalent in speed.
Madara already had kakashi's eye in his socket, we got an entire panel showing it was correctly implanted. He then turns to see sasuke and formulates an entire thought which has "Sasuke, you are are fast aren't you?"(paraphrased), before he was sliced in 2 with no time to move a muscle.

Kishi better explain how yin=speed increase. I'm questioning if Kishi using the yin-yang symbolism was a good idea period. I mean, Naruto seems to have inherited Hagoromo's senjutsu, and that's it. I mean, most of his powers are from bijus, which aren't specifically yang. Sasuke also received senjutsu from Hagoromo in order to hurt Madara which is obviously a yang power. Rinnegan is yin+yang. Kishi shouldn't have made sun moon symbolism and just stuck with, Naruto, I'm giving each of you an aspect of my power though the difference isn't yin and yang. Naruto gets the juubi, while Sasuke gets access to my other powers.
