Lel,I don't get why some people are acting as if it is the end of the world.It is not like Naruto is hopeless against Sasuke just because Sasuke is faster than him.Naruto can do just fine against him and it seems like they are fully aware of eachothers abilities.Notice that Sasuke is analyzing the battle and asking Naruto to use appropriate jutsu's and no need to mention about Naruto asking Sasuke to stop Madara.It is exactly as if Naruto clearly knew that Sasuke can stop him which means that Naruto has knowledge on Sasuke so you have no reason to feel bad about it as they can do just fine against eachother.

Are You saying what Sasuke did in your scan is his speed, but he has a Technique that makes him move even faster? I'm still confused on Sasuke's New Technique, but Reading your other comments I can understand what you mean about his striking speed considering Minato teleported to Madara and still was embarrassed. While Sasuke manage to land his blow with much trouble.

EDIT: Madara you're right. Maybe madara just didn't care about the attack, or underestimated it. But he still said sasuke was incredibly fast, so there's evidence his strike speed is a doozy.

]. Depending on how you look at it, naruto either succeeded or failed, putting his blitz speed at least on par with sasuke.

Ofcourse his striking speed greatly increased as I said b4 and I don't think Madara would be able to stop him in that condition even if wanted to but Madara in normal conditions Madara should be able to stop or get away from such an attack IMO.

No one is understanding a crucial part, Sasuke didn't know his tech had a range or else Madara would not have gotten away. However he still caught up to him with his footspeed. or shunshin... Either way he's still the fastest with these two techs combined.
