Wtf? Goku vs Superman? You serious?

Up until recently, I just found out people actually debate this. Superman, vs Goku? Really? I've read ALOT of ridiculous topics/debates, but none this insane.

How could Superman possibly contend with Goku, honestly? How is this even arguable? I had no idea people actually "considered" this a Vs match, and really it shouldn't be lol. Can't believe it. I didn't know DC Comic fanboys went that far. xd

He's Superman. If you read all the comics he is just as powerful as Goku. Their from two different universes so they can't be compared to a point of picking out a winner, but Superman is not a clear loser and neither is Goku.

Which Goku? Goku when he beat Ginyu Force? That's the only way I can see Superman even being able to fight back. Goku Kaioken would be enough to beat Superman.

I agree, they're from two different universes, so they shouldn't be compared ( Which is my point, kinda ) but no, Superman isn't as strong as Goku.

That's like saying, at one point, Superman's power reach somewhere near Goku's Super Saiyan 4, which I highly doubt. Or, that Goku can't defeat Doomsday, who is said to be the only thing capable of killing Superman.

there is actually a comic done where they do fight. Goku is transported to earth and when he arrives he makes a big explosion. Superman shows up thinking he is an enemy right away and they begin to fight. It starts out as a good fight and it seems as though superman has the upperhand, then goku goes super sayan and destroys superman. After beating him, almost killing him, goku apologizes because he knows superman was just trying to protect earth then goku leaves via instant transmission.

goku cudda been super sayin 50 he still wudnt defeat doomsday...if he kills doomsday,w.e form he used doomsday would adapt and be able 2 use all of his abilites...its like fighting a mirror...and he has 2 die in order 2 obtain the killers abilities....so goku would be fighting all day until he died...

and read up on doomsdays powers...it doesnt matter he waz unbeatable...w.e superman waz able 2 do...after superman killed him...he would regenerate and have the ability tht killed him and be immune 2 it...its impossible

Those two are villains of the watered down version of superman of present.
Even still current superman would destroy those two if he wasn't worried about the well-being of the planet he is fighting on and it's inhabitants.

1st off, I just wanna say, I still don't accept Superman at any variation, form, or style can defeat Goku. But that's just me.

Anyways, this "Pre-Crisis" Superman makes anything else Reality Television. Except Goku and Doomsday. And oh, I hear this Imperiax guy is pretty badass.

If anyone has a chance to beat Goku it would be Superman.
Also depending on the place they fought I could actually see Superman winning. Superman charges his power off of the yellow sun of our planet. Therefore unless they fought where there was a yellow sun available for Superman to draw power he could win. But if they fought where there was no yellow sun he would get owned like any other alien race that seen Goku.

C'mon now Goku got rep from the eternal dragon. How you gonna touch that?!
