If the swamp is made deep enough it will kill the target. The size of the swamp is proportioned to the amount of chakra of the user.

Okay I focus on my Earth Chakra into the ground to manipulate the Earth to creat a swamp beneath the target *the wooden dummy xd* relative to them that immobilizes them. I use amount of chakra of my Chakra to make it deep so the wooden dummy will get finished off ^^
