Brian shouldn't have died to be honest (But I laughed when he got hit, LMFAO). Vinny legit looks like a shitty-ass dildo, don't know why he was added. But in the end I suppose Seth is just trolling.

Well here's a bit of thought. Very unlikely, but Stewie might rebuild his time machine. And head back to the bit before brian gets hit. And that stewie dies. But the other stewie and Brian are completely oblivious and just continue on, and BOOM! Brian/Stewie Combo lives on ^^

Because Family Guy isn't a series of continuity? Other than running gags and two-part episodes, Family Guy doesn't do follow-ups; it isn't a series that will kill off a character one episode and wait three episodes later to replace them, anyone who watches the show should see that goes against its style.

If they wanted to kill someone to shake things up. It should have been the pedo old man.
He's old so it would be logical, he's made people laugh, they could have made it funny, and he's not a main character.
