Yeah but Orochimaru and Itachi left the Hidden Leaf Village with $wagger.

Orochimaru was a Jonin/Sannin before he became an S-Rank Criminal in the bingo book.

Itachi was ANBU chief at a young age before he defected.

Technically you've correct but kabuto failed on propose he was already jounin level (kakashi to be exact) & sasuke was said to higher than that level way, before the chuunin exam
Its likely if the massacre didn't happen he would've graduated around eight or nine and by the chuunin exams he would've been preparing to become a jounin

at this point rank doesn't matter to those three because they have all taken new titles.

naruto is now the hero of the leaf village

sasuke is now a s-rank rogue ninja

and kabuto is now a dragon sage and a rogue ninja all the same.

their strength and philosophies have led them to this point! not going by what there village has directed. if that was so then everybody would be much stronger than normal shinobi.

kabuto is a sage somehow too.
sasuke is a criminal s rank.

no jonin can fight head to head with any of them.
who would want to fight naruto in sage mode you won't be abe to touch him, km is too fast for anyone except the fourth hokage, bm you will see nothing except ie in mere secons by a rasengan or tbb or rasenshuriken, or kyubi kill you free however you want it, no one wants to fight naruto really not even tobi because he's trembling now.
kabuto is crazy with all those eo only naruto can fight him ue to him being the fastest after his father, not even tobi with the rinnegan in his possession could refuse him.
sasuke no jonin not even kakashi could fight him now because of the ems, he'll kill anybody on his way.

Peope who can fight naruto.
madara, tobi, the fourth hokage only because of speed and prodigy, sasuke maybe do to susano, and the first hokage.
People who can fight kabuto.
naruto even with edo, madara even with edo, itachi due to genjutsu and a genius no edo, sasuke no a couple of edo, tobi with edo, the minato with two edo maybe because of speed and a prodigy too smart like itachi sealing as itachi, the first hokage like madara and maybe gaara.

People who can fight sasuke.
naruto, tobi, madara, hashirama, kabuto, gaara, minato, itachi.

I'm not counting "sage" as a ninja rank..

Kabuto NEVER passed the chuunin exams so he's still a genin.yet he's one of the best shinobi in history ..

Same for Naruto and sauce..

Neither passed nor re-took the exams yet there some boss's..

Did kishi maybe purposely keep them genin or you think he eventually forgot about those 3 being genin?

Its funny too me, these leaders like danzo, and pain got whooped by genin ^_^

Naruto = Kyuubi Jinchuriki/ Jiraiya's apprentice/ Minato's son

Sasuke = Last Uchiha (unless you count Tobi)/ Itachi's brother

Kabuto = A Spy who wonders What's his true Identity/ Oro's right hand man

All Genin... I think Kishi is just proving a point that Rank doesn't prove a Shinobi's strength.

For example, Asuma, Kurenai, Temari, Kankuro, Neji are Jounin level but are nowhere near as powerful as the three Genin we are talking about.
