If it was just plain insight or visual range/scope then she would've not known the future trajectory or pattern of it before he did the action.
This is key for Hyuga members because they constantly train against other Hyuga who are all users of the gentle fist. One slip up or contact with the fist infused with their KKG chakra and not only is it chakra damage but also inner damage. (Boruto was lucky is Aunt didn't use it lol).
Anyway back to the point, prediction analysis is key. As the Sharingan can predict and see future moves as long as it is not to cumbersome and unorthodox.

Once you know the basic orthodox method one with a high eye prowess can predict the outcome and see it as well in this case with the Sharingan
but when it becomes more and more unorthodox, fast or complex it leads to problems.
It is too much information for the 3T Sharingan to handle.
Of course there is a limit for each eye be it byakugan or sharingan and the limit can likely be flexed out via the users training and or experience.
Also any ninja can have some form of prediction analysis and with enough training dodge and predict people's moves by skill alone but not like the visual protection seen via the Sharingan.
It is also true that the user needs to train his body to react to such speeds, and that we don't know how combat looks like via a byakugan users eyes and that would be overly difficult to do seeing as it is a 360* lens. (We have only seen the X-ray field of view and the Searching one.)
We just need to see how the Byakugan does it.
