Would you say Kurama is a main character?

He has been there since the very beginning, and although we didn't see much of him until recently, he is the reason for so many things happening in Naruto's life. Whatdo you think?

Yes he defeated pain, Haku, oro, and who ever else naruto rampaged on... he has save naruto life(Against pain) and NEVER GETs CREDIT... But I see that and consider him a main character

He also helped naruto against sasuke(Naruto still lost)

What's with the Jinchuriki hatred. I guess.. well Naruto is a Perfect Jinchuriki... so he does what Jinchurikis do (as does Killer Bee).

OT: I'd say that Kurama is a main and consistent 'supporting' character, rather than a main character.

It could be quite interesting if Kurama have been presented as more of a "character" and Naruto's cconflict instead of Sasuke, it could be unique from regular rival relations of shounen, there would be no forced bonds such as Naruto and Sasuke's and the "person" who was important enough to be in main character for all this time could have a better deal of development.

But he is "just an animal" or whatever.
