Probably. What is holding me back from doing so? Not much.

I like to look into the future but i don't like to be there as far as i can see no human gonna be left in a thousand years unless we change the way it's going right now .

As curious as I am about the future and as amazing as you made it sound just now, I would decline. I cannot abandon the people I love.

sure. there's nothing really here for me right now anyway. I'd like to open a couple savings accounts and make some investments first though.

Definitely, I would like to know how my life will turn out instead of just waiting, to see if I'm making the right decisions and such.

This sounds like the plot of Futurama. And Futurama was kind of depressing in the sense about Fry's actual back story, leaving behind his family and more importantly, his dog.

I would go, not hesitation, as it is I am only a burden on people, in the future maybe I could be productive...

Plus I might be able to get a Gin Ichimaru *** robot...I mean friend robot...:snick:

Naw. I cherish every moment of my life. Because I know it won't last forever. The future won't decide my life. My current life will.

I had a dream about this a few months ago that aliens came and asked me if I wanted to leave for a better world but getting there would take like thousands of years but to me would seem like only 50 minutes. I wanted to go and I did but I didn't like that I was leaving behind the people I loved. I regretted as soon as I left but time couldn't be reversed and everyone was dead anyways so I kept going but what I mean is my answer is no.

My mother is the most important person to me in this world and I wouldn't be selfish enough to leave her like this just because I wanted to go to time period that I was not meant to be in. I have people I care about and I already can't stand the fact that they might die before me or the fact they'll die at all so I want to be with them as much as I can. It seems nice but this is the time period I belong in.

No, because I know that the future will be worse than the world already is. Like a world war 3 or everything is already dead and destroyed.

I didn't watch futarama and I don't even know what that is. The main thing holding people back is other people, which is their loved ones. However if you feel the world is shit anyway and you don't really have anyone to rely on then you would make the journey. You would be the same age as you are right now only in a new world a millennium from now. I definitely want to make the journey but I'm like most of the guys here, I can't leave behind my family as much as I hate this shitty place.
