Well think of it this way, Itachi could never use amaterasu and tysukiyomi at the same time, techniques from two different eyes. Perhaps Tobi can't use MS and Rinnegan jutsus at the same time :shrug:

Also Tobi hasn't been getting trolled in my opinion, if he was bossing like Madara, then this manga would be stupid. Madara's fight was crazy good, until he dominated to the point that NO ONE can touch him

Tobi doing that to Naruto would be the troll, especially since he is getting help from Kakashi, GAI, and B...all its showing is that it took great teamwork to make a hit, especially teamwork that included Kakashi who has the same eye as Tobi... so no sir this is good story progression.

Though I will give you the fact that tobi sould use some Rinnegan techs, if its possible

That still doesn't prove that Tobi <u>is</u> Obito. So far we only know for sure that he uses his eye. Kakashi can't use the full/real abilities of Kamui, because his chakra reserves are not enough. I personally would want Tobi to be Obito much more than some unknown to us (not unknown in narutoverse, but in the manga) Izuna or worse. I mean, if Tobi turns out to be Obito, then it will get very emotional. And now imagine Tobi being Izuna:

In other words, if it's nobody known personally by any of the main characters, then it would pretty much suck. Kishi could just keep Tobi's identity in secret and it would be as much of an exciting plot twist as this.

I wouldn't be mad at all, as long as Tobi's reveal (whether it be Obito or not) is artistically executed. IMO it's OUR FAULT that no one is able to enjoy this character, people have spent so long scouring every panel of every page looking for plot holes and convincing themselves that Tobi needs to be some end-all frankenstein combination of a bunch of characters that never appeared on panel (THAT would piss me off.)

All I'm gonna say is, Naruto has been going on for over a decade, if there are plot holes, accept them. Don't upset yourself just because you ruined the surprise for yourself years ago, It's a comic. Kishi doesn't know or care who WE think Tobi is. Just try to enjoy it.

What you stated in the bold is another main reason why Tobi cant be Obito, kishi confimred that Tobi and Madara know each other in his last interview, that means Tobi would have to have been alive when Nagato was a child since thats around the time he died, Obito is too young to fit that criteria, Thus he can't be Obito.

Obito could meet Madara later, not exactly at the time of Nagato's childhood. And if they met and started to cooperate, Madara could have simply told Obito everything. With that knowledge Obito could be then able to pretend to be Madara better. Your point?

I am curious on what basis you guys are assuming that nagato is that old? I thought nagato was around the same age as Kakasha, thus Obito. Is it explained somewhere that he is older than this? I mean Jiraiya was still fairly old when he started training them.

I guess it must be related to the timeline of the war, but I just can't remember how long ago it was supposed to have been.

I don't recall him saying that the rinnegan he gave Nagato was Madara's. He could have gotten a pair from somewhere else.

I think that Tobi being Obito is actually a great plot twist. It would make this so much more personal for Kakashi. As for Obito being injured by the rock, Madara may have saved him then replaced the damaged parts with zetsu parts. Which would explain how Tobi got the Senju DNA.
