I'm thinking gaara with his sand
Oro with his duribilty and healthy body (when he fought 4 tailed he was sick and in need of new vessel)
Any uchia wit a full Susanno
Onooki with the golem rock guard things
Or maybe he can ketch it in a dust release like he caught sasuke lml

He would have been killed by 4 tails narutos, he even said it himself if he took a full sized on he'd still die.

It moves too damn fast for onoki to catch it with dust release and jinton is dust release.
Any uchia wit a full Susanno - I doubt a susanoo can survive a tbb but you never know.

Did u see how fast his jution moved madara couldn't even block it wit Susanno
Dust release ketches w.e it's inside it and destroys it jution is a beam so no thier not the same
His golems and gaara sand was able to block the metor (mind u they hav been fighting for days imagine how they would b fresh not chakra drained/out of it)
I also believe the metor has more of destructive force then TBB
Why u left gaara sand out??
And itachi was able to block Kirin witch is faster then TBB and might b stronger

Itachi didn't block kirin, he just turned on susanoo plus a tbb has more destructive power than kirin
Gaara and onoki didn't block the meteor, they just stopped it from falling if onoki didn't make it lighter with his earth release it would have kept falling
and a tbb moves too fast for dust release to catch it.

Orochimaru would die even if he was weakened.

As for u say itachi didn't block it he turned on Susanno u sound retarted obviously he turned it on.... Why to block Kirin

and onoki flew up to the meteor and made it alot lighter, and yes it was suspended in the air, it only went down more because madara smashed another one into it.
