would sasuke stand more of a chance against minato than itachi?

really,and that's it? minato's teleportation is great,no it's magnificent,but I think were forgetting that he needs to teleport through a kunai or put a seal directly on you,that is one of it's weaknesses, so he first has to get a kunai behind him or touch him,and sasuke would most likely be watching out for this
