Wouldn't food cart destroyer solve that? How..the hell does the intent to kill/not kill NOT affect a battle?? The entire last battle at VOTE was exactly that. Everything else you said has already been countered I believe. There was loads of opportunity for both as far as I remember. Naruto getting the cloak and Sasuke waiting for his 3T. Pretty sure Naruto smashed him into a cliffside and tried to reason with him too or something too. Probably the part where Sasuke was like "you were always alone, you don't understand". It's been too many years :L
Naruto was holding Sasuke down, the only attack he had that could kill required 3 free hands, other than that, Naruto hasn't killed with his bare hands. Biggest thing was that Naruto, at one point, lowered the chakra output of his Rasengan to see if Sasuke was willing to take advantage and go for the kill, really, it didn't effect the outcome, ultimately it just determined the order of the power-up off. EDIT: After thinking this over, in the final clash, I'm not as sure, Sasuke undoubtedly had the reach advantage, which would keep Naruto from being able to score a killing shot, but I suppose if Naruto tried for the body blow he'd have struck Sasuke's arm instead and the same thing that happened in the second fight would have happened here. As far as FCD, has part 1 Naruto even properly utilized that in a fight?
