Sakura isn't a crybaby, she is one of the bravest people in the manga. even more so than Naruto, look at part one. Sakura is arrogant and willful like Kuruma, if anything he will admire her. She faced the one tails with a mere kunai and with the intent to kill.

Inner Sakura and Kuruma are very much alike personality wise...her will alone should be enough to keep him at bay. She is compared to kushina all of the time.

Naruto wasn't in control of the Kyuubi's chakra at that time and it was physically causing him pain, that's why it's understandable for her to come to the conclusion that the chakra couldn't be controlled.

Yes, a hokage is encharge of the jinchuuriki of each village but...

Tsunade hasn't shown any type of seal purposed for a bijuu.

I know Orochimaru has...even more than Jiraiya.

Jiraiya showed two types, and that's not enough to stop the six tails.

Tsunade is physically strong, but even pain struggled to survive beat the six tailed form to the point he needed chibakui tensei.

Pain is a village leader, an uzamaki/senju lineage, and was called an immortal.

Even he doesn't have the seals/tools necessary to Sumbit a raging kyuubi like that.
