The guidelines are the ones written in any Shounen Publishing company, the simple term is the Editors.

They draw the lines the author can't cross and make the rules.

Fair enough but aside from violent or sexual censorship, people have always been saying that these authors go by certain rules that completely change the >STYLE and creativity< of their manga including how the characters act. Really? Sounds like BS, unless these Japanese companies are running the show which I wouldn't doubt. (Feudal gangsters like Yakuza)

So I guess I'm right that you created this thread to solely discuss on Kishi's health. Deal with it mate. Kishi has been doing this for years and he should be use to it by now. He should know when to take a break or not, plus Naruto's going to end soon so quit your worrying.

You are the hero of assumptions my friend XD

Who said I'm not letting them work at their own pace? Many people complain about the story getting too long and I agree, it takes a certain level of maturity to end something and move on. Kishi is not really young anymore, and isn't getting younger. Why can't you respect his health?
You brought that out of thin air. SMH. Not going to bother to you anymore.

Other authors shouldn't be influence by Kishi's decision. Let them do their work at their own pace.

First you assumed that I was somehow not allowing Kishi to work at his own pace.

So you made this thread because you're worried about his health?
Then you assumed I was worried about his health. I am not worried for his health, I just believe it could help everyone and especially Kishi the most- not be so preoccupied with this manga, this site, manga in general. But hey people want to be offended.

Cool, so I guess posing a question means you're mentally unstable.
Then you assumed I was mentioning you which I wasn't, probably because you're guilty of being a troll

Lastly you assume that I made this thread solely for the purpose of his health. Good night and to everyone, yeah the poll was a joke.

I can't make a judgement call on OP, since I never tried to follow it, but to, me Naruto ending means Kishimoto will finally be able to move on. I feel that each author has diff. motives for continuing and finishing their stories:

Kishimoto always wanted to be a Mangaka since he was a child, so once he hit the jackpot with Naruto, he couldn't stop, so ending it after 15 years is looks to be for personal reasons, which I respect.

Again, I have little to no knowledge about Oda, but it seems to me that he has a metric s*** ton of ideas for OP, so he is continuing it to finish his idea completely, which I have no problem with.

Kubo is to me, the least admirable Mangaka here, he's milked the flying f*** out of Bleach, and only the battle are what keep the series interesting. Unlike the other two who still have theirs, he's lost his anime adaptation due to lack of interest (though I don't know if it was continued or not, I haven't checked) . While the other two are at least trying in every department of shonen story-telling (characters, plot, fights, meaning, theme, etc) Kubo is continuing for the sake of profit.
