I don't think he needs Obito's other eye. In the last chapter, he was able to warp himself without Obito's other sharingan which means he literally TELEPORTED back to the battlefield from the other dimension. With this development in his MS, he may be able to teleport from place to place like Obito does; and by extension be able to become intangible if he learns how. It is very plausible.

No he wont. For the 10th time.. Kakashi did nothing new in this chapter. He just used Kamui on himself from the other dimension. Surprised it had the same effect? Not much. Just proves his Kamui is both ways as well, nothing else...

argument 1 initial argument
kamui can make you intangible
obito and kakashi have kamui
thus...bough can become intangible

argument 2 development argument
obitos mangekyo definatly makes you intangible
kakashi has obitos mangekyo
thus kakashi can be intangible

argument 3 and final
kotoamatsukami was avaliable the same way for bough eyes...so
why cant kamui be equaly aplicable?

explanation and conclusion
kakashi is not the original owner of the sharingan so the ability does not come natural so to use it kakashi has to train...

You also cannot deduce that Danzos kotoamatsukami was the same as the one Itachi used with shisuis other eye. The name may be the same, but that doesn't make it work exactly the same way. We have too little information on how Danzos work. Just because the narutopedia says it, doesn't make it true. In fact it is likely to believe there is a difference. Just like Kakashi can cast his kamui anywhere within visible range, and Obito controls his Kamui throughout his entire body. He must be near a target to use it, but he can also use it on his body wherever he wants. Kakashis doesn't open from his body, but at a target location where he focuses his eye. He cannot become intangible since he would then have to cast it on himself, thus he would just absorb himself.

Up till this point, Kakashi has used his Kamui on his opponent or a different target to send that target to an alternate dimension.
Have you ever seen Kakashi use his MS on himself? And to teleport to a location OTHER than whatever dimension his Kamui accesses?
I think not. Kakashi has undoubtedly done something new, and what he has done can potentially lead to something more. It is all pure speculation of course, but it is reasonable none the less.
