Its pretty hard to go up against his sword style because its so unpredictable, Sasuke wasn't able to keep up despite his Sharingan.

And no, people saying Sasuke hadn't fully recovered are just making excuses, he had plenty of time to heal and their was Karin's power that can heal.

yea it did 0 damage because he retreated, you need to read the manga. Itachi fought up until the point Bee pulled his swords out. If he could have activated it before hand to free himself he would have. right here he even comments about the situation clearly showing he didn't plan for things to go that way.

Sasuke can most likely do it since his EMS precog is leagues above his MS precog, being rested and uninjured should also help.

Even then, he kept up with Bee just fine and was only hit because of Bee’s Raiton move that surprised him and turned the tables in Bee’s favour. Even Kabuto was pinned with an arrow the second time and Sasuke’s sword because he was distracted.

In fact, Mifune, who was the general of the fifth division couldn’t hit Sasuke with a surprise attack and that guy is an expert swordsman. This should tell you something OP. Maybe you should read the manga more often as most of your facts are fanfiction. Sasuke nearly died only ONCE.
As for the rest, Itachi showed to dodge Bee’s moves effortlessly, Madara and Obito would do the same.
