Both Tsunade and Sakura could tank any C4 Deidara has to offer.
Instead of focusing chakra into their fists, they could focus it into projectiles. It would be like a biplane from WW1 vs an artillery gun from a modern day destroyer class battleship.
One hit and Diedara's bomb bird would be blown to smithereens. Deidara dies from falling from 1000m if not the explosion generated by the explosive chakra projectile
