I'd say physical and if I'd have to choose on out of many options it would be something to do with fire or heat.

And if you don't know you can figure it out like this: if you'd get captured by a terrorist and they were about to torture you, what's the one type of punishment you would want to avoid the most.

Eh well, I seen a video where a guy had his head cut off with a knife and hecwas actually screaming, pretty much throughout the whole thing.

yeah I understand (and know) that that is painful but you really choose that that is more painful than carving your eyeballs out?

Period cramps, but if you're ever on dialysis or know someone who has and they get Peritonitis, that's the worst pain ever, hands down. I know from personal experience.

Emotional pain..you can never fix that. Sure, psychical hurts but it heals and after years, it wont hurts.
I have a scar on my foot where a brick fell on it when I was 5, it's healed. Only a scar is left..sure I was bleeding/crying and it hurt so much back then but that pain I forgot. I've gotten cut, fallen from my bike etc..
I've stepped on a nail, it went all the way in and I pulled it out. (Blood was everywhere) I had a hole on my foot for two weeks or so and it was hard to walk..that pain has been forgotten. I'm fine now..but I've been treated like trash, have lost a sibling, had a bad childhood, had my heart broken. Grew up without parents, I didn't see my mother till I was 9 and even so she works all day and I rarely see her..I have people who pretend there here for me but there not and much more..all that had f*cked me up emotionally growing up and even till now the scars remain. I don't sit and cry but there deep, I will never forget the pain..at times the memories still linger.
I would prefer a killer would cut a finger off or burn my hand than go off killing my mother to make me suffer b/c that would hurt me more than if I got stabbed or burnt.​
