Didn't read, Tsunade is worst by far, she became hokage and the villade get destroyed.

So did Hiruzen smart one. It just wasn't as destroyed as when Pein attacked. Also, Pein is about 100x stronger than Orochimaru AND Naruto wasn't even there from the beginning. If he was, all this does not happen.

i actually put tsunade number 2 or 3.
Hashi is number 1.
Minato or tsunade on 2.
Minato saved the village from kurama, and while tsunade let the village get destroyed, it was her jutsu that enabled villagers's body to not get destroyed completely. She made decent choices as well.
Tobirama is the 4th place
Hiruzen is the worst

1. Hashirama Had madara constantly attacking the village (and didnt even kill him becuase...he was stil alive when minato was kage)
2. Hiruzen let the uchiha massacre happen, along with letting Oro and danzo do there experiments on children and sht, had jariya training students with the renigan, smh
3. Minato -.- dont have much bad to say about him, everythjing that happened while he was kage was planned, points to number 1 and 2
4. Tsunade had the village destoryed, she didnt hadnle he rogue ninja well enough and almost went to war with the Ay, didnt invest enough into the villages jin, to make him stronger, considering he already knew he was a jin, and was on his way to getting stroner, did I also mention she got the village destroyed, and made sasuke attack bee.........
5. Danzo...points to number 4, he was just as capable of stopping sasuke and helping against nagato.
Tobiramas "failures" are pebbles compared to Hashirama, Hiruzen, Tsunade, and Danzo.

no. hashirama wanted for madara to become hokage. it was his 2nd that wanted to sideline the uchiha`s. remind you why there would`ve been a warzone ? cuz every ****ing time, the hokage was picked from the senju. uchiha were sent in a isolated quarter of the village, BY TOBIRAMA, who also gave them the police quarters of the city.. practically, he whispered them how useless they are.. you are in a ****ing ninja world with shinobi like madara, and you really need a police quarters in the city ? oh, they sould`ve disolved the ANBU or the ROOT, and send the police to war. TOBIRAMA IS THE WORST OF THE WORST OF THE WORST. NOT TO SAY THAT HE KILLED madara`s little brother which led madara further into his mad quest...

Well no. Here's 3 valid reasons why Tobirama is worse hokage:

1. If he never segregated the Uchiha in the first place none of this would have happened

2. He passed down his Will to Danzo which led to Uchiha Massacre, Kyuubi not being stopped right away, and also the 3rd Hokage being manipulated by Danzo

3. He created Edo Tensei. If he never created it the war would have been over long ago. And no Madara returning and no IT.

So yeah Tobirama sucks as Hokage. Either him or Hiruzen.

Why Hiruzen ?
Because the man lacked a spine and was too trusting of Danzo and Orochimaru that's why

1. Hashirama
2. Minato
3. Tsunade
4. Hiruzen
5. Tobirama

He didn't care of Naruto, let him be abused by the villagers, let him live alone for f^^cking 12 years, failed to stop his student, couldn't do shit to Kurama. He knew that Danzo tried to kill him but he let it slip away.

exacly. either him or tobirama.. these two are the ****ing failures of the ****ing series.
hashirama did what he was necessary when battled madara, his friend in order to protect the village. where hiruzen was a... trash. dunno why the failures always are kept alive longer and they don`t do shit.. hashi died before tobirama... hiruzen lived til the end of his ****ing useless life doing nothing and tsunade barely have 4-5 years since she`s hokage.. and placed her life on the line for village safety and ALMOST died vs madara if not for dan`s spirit. minato.. we all know.. he didn`t had more than 1-2 years of hokage rank.. that`s because we don`t know if kushina was pregnant when he became hokage, or maybe i`m wrong and i missed something, in that case i will ask you to correct me..

Just touching on Madara's return. Edo Tensei didn't matter for Madara to return since the original plan was to use Rinne Tensei to revive him. But Edo Tensei allowed Madara to return at a much stronger state, prolonged the war and caused more havoc than there should be.

You can't enforce peace like that, there was nothing Hiruzen or any other Kage would be able to do to prevent Naruto's terrible childhood.

The fact that Tsunade wasn't present during Sasuke's intervention pretty much means that she is an irrelevant Hokage. She also has no experience in the political power, and she was also the back-up for the Hokage seat.
