I agree. Under relativistic morality, there's a simple test to determine if something is moral or immoral. It's basically the fact that if any activities go on between two adults or more, is done willingly without being forced, and harms no outside party, then the activity is moral. That is the main criterion. Now, when someone dies they pretty much cease to exist, and have no feelings at all. Thus, your action is perfectly justified!

OT: Got into a fight with someone 7 or 8 years ago over something incredibly stupid and petty. Funnily enough, we're friends now.

Apparently, karma comes into play even without bad intentions.



At worst though, I used to enjoy playing God with people's emotions. Aside from that, everything "bad" that I did was for a good cause... so it automatically cancels it out...

In the first week of 7th grade, at the very beginning of our new assistant principal's career, I got in a fight with a kid who said like my mom has balls or something lol. So that was his first impression of me. I ended up becoming one of the top 3 highest-scoring students in our school and the other guy is somewhere in Arizona doing drugs right now.

I think that might be the worst thing I did to someone physically. I feel like I'm forgetting a bunch of things though...

I have done many things which I would consider bad in my past, things which I am still working off the negative karma. These days getting sucked into work gossip is the worst thing I do. That in itself can be hurtful though.

I was thinking that we may have a few people on this site who have taken someone's life in combat. That starts a whole other debate on whether or not military murder (theoretically not for personal gain) and civil murder are equally as immoral.
