i do half hr on the treadmill then i do another half hr on the elipticle till my shirt look like a jumped in a pool then after that i hit the weight for useually about 2 hrs and hit every muscle with multiple workout ranging from free weights to machines and i do this 3 days a week its workin well if went from 160 pounds to 260 pounds and now i lost 17 pounds of fat so im down to 244 snf i got another prolly 15 pounds to go

the way I'm built and the way my metabolism works, I can never really get fat. I can spend a year strait sitting on my ass eating 20 pounds of food a day and the most exercise I get are walks to the fridge and I wont gain a pound. Ill lose my muscle tone, but never get fat. I try to work out a little to stay in at least a small form of decent shape, but not to keep me skinny I just don't like feeling weak.
