A tbb ball can bounce a tbb ball (not blast) SLIGHTLY, confirmed by manga. A tbb ball is an insanely dense chakra construct. As wood style can be broken by giant Rasengan, I do not think that it can compare.

Wood Style has been broken by Hiruzens Diamond staff, his summon Enma, idk if that was a fodder wood jutsu compared to the one Hashirama used against the TBB but idk.
