Wood pwns, Ems comes wth different abilities so you don't know wat to expect. The abilities that we do know nothing against wood element, only benefit is genjutsu. Wood allows (as states) water and earth release at high levels and allows one to manipulate anyway they wish. The force behind wood release can arguably damage a full Sudoodo (spelling) and I dont see water release wouldnt be able to extinguish amaterasu.

Amaterasu can be extenguished only by its user, nothing else. Water didnt help Hachibi when he was burning.

Mokuton= Cool nature combination (suiton+doton). versatile. the most valuable advanced nature and rare. Basically powerfull. Biju taming traits better than EMS (Hashi tooked kyuubi from Madara's control). Gives you good physical traits.

EMS= Gay. Have to see your most precious person get killed--> becoming emo + need to took new eyes from your brother (also emo)--> becoming even more emo.
Result: Gets blindness cure + make lower the stamina comsuption of MS tech + cheap new power + Emo lordie crown= Ultimate b****

Read again. I said extinguished, not sealed. Besides, defending from Amaterasu during combat by sealing is impossible, since its s/t technique. Its just too fast.

2. Itachi was nearly blind, no wonder he had problems to focus his eyesight.
