I would have to choose EMS over the wood release even though they're both great kekkei genkai. The reason for this is because the EMS can over a period of time form into the Rinnegan; the most powerful of dojutsu. Also the wood release can be obtained through DNA of the users that already have it e.g. yamato, danzo and zetsu. An example who has succeded in obtaining all of the kekkei genkai that you've mentioned is Madara Uchiha. :headband:

Considering reality i would have gone with EMS. Because of the Sharingan's many ability's like copy ability. It would greater benefit me. But Narutoverse i def would go with Mokuton teehee c:
