lol well maybe because the jutsu themselves aren't that powerful so i'm using combo's for a boost of power...remember i have 5 techinques -__-

No you can't use it, but it is alright^^
In those fights, jutsus aren't the only thing you have.
You could have used what i did to you with the sand first

and i was close to you, so you could have taijutsu attacked me.
but it is alright, i will notify Zanji and ask him if he needs to see sth else.

No matter if you have 5 tech's or one you should be able to think of a strategy tp get around some things because if your noticing Rei is only using D'Rank Jutsu's as well and the Sand thrown into your eyes yes is my idea because it will also help you in fights where your sight is taken away you are left with your hearing

I am trying to tell you that not only jutsus matter, you need to take advantage of the environment and use the nature around you.

to add some speed to the kunais....while you're distracted with those i use a smoke bomb and dissapear then appear above you....so i attack you from above with a kunai..... after i stab you with the kunai, i take some space and attack you with a roundhouse kick and then take again some space

These are better moves, but how can you come behind me since you have surrounded me by fire?
It would hurt you too, not to mention you can't run through the fire ^^

Also like i said before, you can't add speed to the kunais with this jutsu, you can't control it.
And how can you appear above me when the fire is still there, and smoke is all around us so you can't see me either?
Therefor no need to even dodge those attacks they r not valid.

to answer the first part, you're practically inside a sphere of fire [flammable gas mist shaped as a sphere in my head + exploding tag] ... i am running around that sphere of fire and go behind it... so i don't go through the fire

though when i attack you from above remember you're inside flammable mist that has my chakra in it [even if it exploded it still has my chakra in there] so your chakra interacts with my chakra from inside the flammable mist...so when i am inside the explosion i am also surrounded by an amount of my chakra so i can feel your chakra that's how i can feel your chakra , therefore that's the way i can stab you with my kunai...it's true i take some damage points but i don't die

and to answer the 2nd part


theoretically i could use wind jutsu's to freeze the water [??] dunno...

and i didn't want to mention this before, not to restrict your ideas, but i have covered the whole area with water!! so that fire can't happen.

Wolf Princess...To your question No you are unable to get the Wind temperature low enough to freeze water until you have mastered Wind Jutsu's in general. But as far as this fight went I am sorry to say but it was a fail you did great job with the test giving me an example on how to get past the Mammoth and the Yuki Chidori and yes I know in this fight you were limited to only using D-Rank jutsu's but so was Rei she didnt have to make it a fair playing field but she did and yet you made far too many mistakes and your attitude towards her in the fight didn't much impress me either

so I am sorry to say but you have failed the second test U_U
