I'd honestly like to hear an argument of how this would add up.
Naruto base when he had a FRS at about 50% complete was said to be even to or surpassing a Kakashi who has MS and Kamui; Kakashi said this himself. Then Naruto gets even stronger and learns SM, if he fuse with Ma and Pa toad then he have unlimited SM, access to frog song, boiling oil, 2 Sage's who have 1 hit punches (Pa toad lift Gamabuta up and threw him at Pein) and can help Naruto with strategies. Also Naruto can take a few months of and use 200 clones (he used 200 to train to learn FRS) to train with Lee, Kakashi, Kurenai, Bee, and A where he will improve his taijutsu, ninjutsus, knowledge of breaking genjutsus, kenjutsu/taijutsus, taijutsus/speed. 200 clones training everyday for 6 months equals to 36,000 days worth of training, if you want to half it to 3 months of training then that's 18,000 worth of training and Naruto would still be a boss; he have the potential to improve the fastest and most due to Shadow clone+large chakra reserves.
Look the difference is that MS and EMS are Sasuke's by birth-right, they're a blood-line limit of his family. Naruto got the TB handed to him by Minato. The TB were just like "yeah bro, here's some free chakra to stop this evil dude" and The S06P frankly had no better options than Naruto and Sasuke. He made it pretty clear that he thinks Naruto is a total idiot.
No it's not EMS is the use of Itachi's eyes which are Itachi's and not Sasuke's. Also the Sharingan are the Sage's eyes just like how Senjus/Uzumaki's have the Sage's body and both come from the Sage which comes from Kaguya who got the power from the God tree. The Bijuus are passed down with the sealing jutsus to make Jinchuurikis from the Sage as Obito said at the Kage summit. The Uchihas are given the Sage's eyes and powerful chakra which have the power to control Bijuus while Senjus/Uzumaki's have the Sage body and life force which can be used to contain Bijuus. Both have the ability to contain and/or control Bijuus yet you're complaining that Naruto is using what he got from his heritage to the Sage while it's ok for Uchihas to use theirs?
Sasuke only got his MS because Itachi told him about it and he planned their fight so he would die by Sasuke's hands, Obito told Sasuke this so Itachi gave Sasuke access to MS and he left him his eye which are not Sasuke's. The Sage only gave Sasuke power because he felt bad for ignoring Indra which was the cause of this, he said this as he was going to give Sasuke power

Eyes are a part of someone's body. Magical beast chakra and jesus-given powers are not. As it is, Hashirama and his brother both easily outclass base (SM) Naruto. Obito probably did too, based on the fact he went toe-to-toe with BM Naruto.
The ability to do what Uchihas eye can do are passed down by the Sage as is the Senju's/Uzumaki's ability to contain and use Bijuus power. If your body isn't strong enough to handle having a Bijuu seal in you then you can die as Bee's uncle did before he was made the Jinchuuriki. Naruto didn't just gain the Bijuus powers as a Uchiha can do just by using there Sharingan (either master the 3 tomoes to such a level or MS is required). Naruto have the risks with being a Jinchuuriki such as being hated by many people, being left alone, risk of being taken over by the Bijuu, hurting someone you care about, losing the Bijuu kills you. Naruto have to train to gain and use Kurama power.
