Look the difference is that MS and EMS are Sasuke's by birth-right, they're a blood-line limit of his family. Naruto got the TB handed to him by Minato. The TB were just like "yeah bro, here's some free chakra to stop this evil dude" and The S06P frankly had no better options than Naruto and Sasuke. Eyes are a part of someone's body. Magical beast chakra and jesus-given powers are not. As it is, Hashirama and his brother both easily outclass base (SM) Naruto. Obito probably did too, based on the fact he went toe-to-toe with BM Naruto.

Stop being bias, Sasuke without his brother's eyes would have very well classified him as fodder. As It was proven by Hashirama SM beats EMS. Added to that, Nauto's wind style rasenshuriken is much stronger than Chidori, with SM it's overkill dude. Sasuke couldn't even use incomplete susanoo without exhausting himself or going blind. Also, Hagaromo said himself that It took the combined effort of*Ashura's*friends to fight on par with his brother Indra. Naruto is Ashura's transmigrant, without the hard work and earning acceptance/respect From everyone including the bijuu... he wouldn't have gotten this far. That's the true message of Naruto, teamwork, friendship, love, the whole on the cliche train. It was some really hard work to get Konoha on his side, and took beating Pein to do it. It was using friendship over brute force that lead Kurama and the other bijuu to lend their massive hands to the battle field. As was the recent act of teamwork to set Kaguya up for that awesome downfall. It's the kind of hard working that lead Gai to master the 8 gates tech. As a result, (if weren't for the majorly lethal effects) he's the strongest Taijutsu user in the NV and the strongest non-sage fighter in Konoha.
