OT: I have been thinking this same thing. If it wasnt for izanami, "Tobi" would of been finished. But look how Konan figured him out (his techs. and how his intangible jutsu works)! And then on top of that Konan she set up & timed everything perfect. Tobi got his ass handed to him.

Tobi could have told konan/etc how is techs worked seeing how she was one of the most trusted akatsuki members.

According to me Tobi is a mysterious guy i mean upto now we didn't really know what he had up his sleeves. I not sure but i think kishi would've found a way to make him escape. But wow the justu Konan used that was somethin top 3 for me
