Dean walks in through a dark portal, a style he generally used when making his way to training. Not only was it extremely awesome doing so, but it also showcased the darkness that was his clan, the Nekura. Dean is clad in his usual attire, of a shirt and some jeans, and quite normal shoes. He was never very extravagant, and it showed in his choice of colours too. Red and black, simple. With a bag on his back, Dean walks towards a young student before him.

"Hello there, what is your name? I am Dean Winchester of the Nekura clan. I see you have gotten to the point of burning the paper, which shows that you indeed have the affinity for Fire. Now, my method for training is a bit different than my senpai's. I'll be explaining the technique to you, then I want you to describe how you perform the technique, give me at least two advantages and disadvantages and also, how you would use it in battle. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask."

Dean grabs his bag on his back, and in it, are several small scrolls. All these scrolls are all the techniques they will be going through. He looks at his student with a serious face O___O"

"Let us begin. The first technique of Fire release is simple. You will focus that Fire based chakra in your stomach then inhale and exhale. You will then use your chakra control and release it towards my clone in the form of a Fireball. It is simple chakra control, using Fire chakra and shape manipulation to form the Fire into a fireball. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards his student.

Ikiru nods as he prepares himself. The air had changed with the new sensei, watching him as he pulls out the scroll. Tossed to his side Ikiru reads through it quite fast. "1.Advantage is that, this isn't a unsealing requiring jutsu. 2. Disadvantage is that it isn't long range. 3. Advantage would be how it leaves board saying in small or balls (meaning split opportunities). 4. Could be easily invaded..but in a forest I would use this to heat the field up, by sending them toward my opponent in hoping they invade them, so the fireballs can ignite the area." he concludes as he sets out air from his lungs fueling with chakra as hot stream of gas emitting through his throat, a stream of quick small flames burst out striding for land. [Edit] Ikru springs the fire onto the clone while he was in the air from his jumping toward the clone, landing softly after the clones bursts.

 

[Detective L]

"Very good, Ikiru. Remember, cool thing about these low ranked techniques are the fact that they require no hand seals, which makes them fast and allow for nice usage in close range. So yeah, you just learned this technique here."

Description: The user inhales and then exhales, shooting small balls of fire at the opponent.

"Now, we will continue onwards. The next technique is quite simple, you will take out a few shuriken that you will infuse with Fire based chakra. Now don't get confused just yet, this technique is special, as it requires the infusion of Fire chakra. You will then launch these shuriken towards the opponent, in this case my clone, and through mental command, you will ignite the shuriken. This allows the shuriken to cause more damage as they are ablaze, and is also a great surprise! Use it on my clone."

After read the scroll, Ikiru leaps into the sky saying "One, this technique has a advantage of utilizing a ninja tool with an element making the damage give more lethal. Two, it's also able to be omnidirectional while it's disadvantage would be the range limit. Not such a losing case though, but as board as it's claim to shurikens, it's probably limited to hand size shurikens only." twisting the air as he fell, Ikiru launches his shurikens toward the clone as they head toward the feet and knees, in a path of one leading another (incase the clone had blocked the first shurikens the seconds ones would by pass through).

 

[Detective L]

Work on the description part of the technique, I like your advantages and such. A nice way to explain how you use the technique would be something like;

"As Dean creates a clone, and it dashes towards me, I reach into my ninja pouch. From it, I take out a few shuriken and start dashing towards the clone myself. As I dash towards the clone, I infuse my Fire based chakra into the shuriken, and by twisting my body clockwise, I spin in a flurry and release the shuriken towards the clone. With mental command, I cause the shuriekn to be set ablaze, adding Fire to injury."

"Another simple technique, that requires no hand seals. Through the manipulation of your Fire based chakra, you will focus it in your stomach, and then release it from your mouth in the form of a Fireball. This travels towards the opponent with moderate speed, and causes burns upon impact, nice to use in close range. Use it against my clone."

Ikiru watching the clone emerge out of the white puff, he quickly prepares himself as he channels his chakra throughout this body toward his stomach and fuels the air with heat from his lungs, he releases a fireball capable of knocking the clone out. "It is able to travel a bit far, while also fast. I noticed it's still good enough to be split into two E ranked attacks. I ought to believe won't block your view."

 

[Detective L]

"Alright, that's good. Here you go."

Description: The user spews a small fireball.

"Now, next on our list is a nice technique. It starts off by forming the Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger hand seals and through molding your Fire based chakra in your lungs, you will release from your mouth a flammable gas. This gas can be ignited by any spark or fire, which then creates a large fireball. So it is best used in combinations with other Fire techniques. Use it in a combination against my clone."

The clone appears once more, Ikiru runs toward performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger, then as he is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. He knows it will need to be in contact with fire or sparks, for the gas to ignite into a large fireball. Ikiru recalls an experience, he moves his palm unleashing a wave of lightning bolts at the clone, but as he had released the gas, it catches the sparks of the lightning. The gas in flames now, as it blazes toward the clone. "...can't cause damage unless it's supported, which I had to do..."

 

[Detective L]

"Nice job on the performance, but you can give me more on disadvantages and advantages, also how you would use it in battle."

"Nice job on the performance, but you can give me more on disadvantages and advantages, also how you would use it in battle."

"I'd use this against lightning users that perform C-rank or below ninjutsu, also fire, that might be left engulfing an area...this tech requires a source which can make it execute it's property...overall I'd perform it after enlightening the area with katon then after perform it or see the user perform a C-rank or below ninjutsu take the chance to ignite upon attack." Ikiru thought for a moment before explaining once more, "...are there other perks I'm missin'"

"That's good, though it says sparks can activate it, make sure that the technique that the opponent uses generates a spark, cause it can lead to arguments. Here you go."

Ikiru races toward the clone and as his left hand reached for the pouch he leaps backward taking out two kunais he launchs toward the clones sides. Through the action of launching the kunais he releases a flame in a form of a ')' (the front of the bracket as forward in direction) and watched how the clone was trapped from not moving and disbursed right after. "..hm..this is quite intuitive, only foolish shinobi's will fail at using it. Undergoing taijutsu it becomes a knee jerking nature to use. Though distance has to be kept in mind..."

Description: The user will release a small but powerful flame of fire at their opponent from either their limbs (through movement) or exhaling it. It can produce fire balls or fire streams or simply aid in taijutsu.

"Yay, C ranks. Now the first technique is simple, as it doesn't even require hand seals. Through manipulation of your Fire based chakra, you will release a short but powerful flame towards the opponent. This flame is in stream form, which means it needs constant chakra. The flame is so hot, it can cause an opponent to collapse due to the heat. Use it against my clone."

Ikiru spews a short hot flame toward the clone's footing, right before he launches his attack he feels for the wind and as it came in from his right he releases the flame at an angle. The gust turns the flame toward the clone in a wave-life form and as it catches on fire and puffs out of existence. "To keep fueling the Techn, I'll have to keep releasing chakra to sustain it. It's is limited to distance and even though it's with advantage of no handseals, both parties can be influenced by the heat I presume."

"Only one party. Anyway, great job, here you go."

Description: The user will create a small short flame at the opponent. This flame is capable of making the target collapse due to the heat of the technique. This technique requires no handseals.

"Next, form the Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger hand seals and mold your Fire based chakra in your stomach. You will then inhale a large amount of air, whilst simultaneously forming a a ring with your index finger and middle finger. You will then release a Fire through this ring that you made, which can be released in either one of two ways. Either as a stream based technique sustained as a gigantic ball of flames limited to short range. Or as a smaller ball of Fire, which travels up to Mid range. use one of the two ways, against my clone."

Then after performing the necessary hand seals, while the clone had enclosed in about close range, he then inhales air, and utilizing a large amount of katon chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally. The fire ball can presented itself in a form of a streamed fire and as sustained gigantic ball of flame in front of the him, it was spanning up to short range in front of the clone. "Not much of faults but rather has to pointers of use a plus to the user. I'd use this quite a lot and it's a renowned Uchiha fame card."

"Next in line, is quite an unorthodox technique, as it requires a lighter to be used (its open flame, to be precise). You'll have to pay me back for this lighter. Anyway, this specific lighter has to be thrown and then immediately after you will use your Fire based chakra, to create a wall of flames that can be used for protection against oncoming projectiles. The technique can also be used with the Wind technique, Hurricane Fist, to create a combination type of technique. Try it out against my clone."

Moving counter to the clone's movement, Ikiru grasping from his bag he takes out a lighter and a kunai. The sticks the lighter with chakra to the kunai before he lunches it toward the clone as an open flame on the kunai begun. Ikiru then turns the flame to burn the clone from the kunai he'd thrown towards it. "Very combative and versatile. While if the candle is blown off before the full set up, I don't think the whole jutsu would function. Great it requires not one handseal. Though I disagree with the whole range..." Essen said.

"Indeed, it relies on the Lighter to start it off. Good job, here you go."

"Next in line, is a nice versatile technique. You will start off by manipulating your Fire based chakra and forming the Tiger hand seal. You will then create a stream of Fire, which can be manipulated in several forms. These forms are rings of Fire that run along the ground, initiated by stomping on the ground and a circle of Fire flying towards the opponent through the air, initiated by spewing the flames. A unique technique for me. The technique can also be combined with Wind Release: Divine Wind to create a tornado of flames, or with Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountains to release a massive inferno. Use it on my clone."

Streaming chakra of katon by stomping the ground as he was running in a circle round the clone and while he watches the clone approach, him he then performs the Tiger hand seal by utilizing his fire chakra, then creates a stream of fire that can be manipulated into a form of rings of fire that runs on the ground before striking the clone. "It's very interesting and with a creative way to be performed...I figure that you have to run to perform this tech, after all, the stomping..."

"Or you can just stomp your foot down on the ground, with force. Good job though. Here you go."

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal by utilizing their fire chakra, the user will create a stream of fire that can be manipulated into several forms (rings of fire that runs on the ground or a circle of fire flying through the air) before striking the target. It can also be used in combination with Wind Release: Divine Wind to create a tornado of flames, or with Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountains to release a massive inferno. The stream of fire can be created by stomping the ground (running across the ground in this case) or by spewing the flames (which will form an airborne ring of flames that will travel towards the enemy).

"Next is a technique that can only be used, once you have caught your opponent with some form of rope or conductive material, like a string or so. Anyway, it starts off by forming the Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger hand seals, and manipulating your Fire based chakra. You will then breathe fire along said conductive object, allowing it to rush towards the opponent, and catch them on fire. A simple technique, and best used in conjunction with basic Ninjutsu. Try it out on my clone."
