Alright then. You'll meet them soon enough.
Sing shuffles through his bag and removes a few scrolls. He sets them upright on the ground in front of him. He searches through the bag a little more and takes out one more scroll. He opens this one as he sits on the ground.
But first tell me something small about those loveable creatures. Just a couple of lines should be good.
"Eh, well very little but I know that Pinniped are usually known as Seals and 33 different types of them. While walrus are the descendants and the only few that are still alive. They have amazing sense of location and are adapt to air & water terrain. The intelligence is ranked in the top ten smartest creatures as well as their diving skills." Ikiru holding his chin as he though of more other explanations.
Interesting choice. Okay, now to get down to signing the contract.
Sing bites his thumb and wipes some blood on his tattoo on his wrist. He then expertly makes a few handseals and slams his hand on the ground. This summons a generic baby seal next to him. The seal has a golden scroll in its jaws. Sing takes out the scroll and opens it.
This is the official contract for the seals. Smear some blood here *points* and here *points again* After that we can link the contract to your tattoo and you can summon your very own seal.
As Sing says this the seal gets closer to you and while applying a little chakra, rubs its nose on your back. This forms the tattoo on your back.

Won't having to wipe your blood way on your back be a slight issue??? Anyways
Sing rolls up the signed contract and slots it back into the seal's mouth. He pats it on its head a few times and then it poofs away
Good. Now that you've signed this you can summon one of these adorable guys. Wipe some blood from your open wound onto your tattoo, make the following handseals, *shows em to you* and slam your hand on the ground.
(Kuchiyose no Jutsu) - Summoning Technique

Description:
To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on his hand, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground or another object, where a sealing formula will appear. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user.

Ikiru wipes his blood onto the his hand and performs the handseals of the jutsu as he lays his hands to the ground, he feels a connection and soon his first summon appears upon him from the puff that covers only 5 meters around them . 'Hmm what comes forth?' he thinks about the appearance of his first summoning.
