ok, lets begin with touch. Its a very low rank, simple genjutsu, designed to simply distract or bug your opponent. It will make them feel as if someone touched them which, aided by how its triggered and with proper dialogue can make for a very funny RP moment.
* Doing as Rolf , Alice would channel her chakra into the brain of her enemy after making the required prerequisites and with a slightly yet highly potent stare at her enemy, she placed them into a genjutsu where they feel they got "touched" in a very unique way as she caused them to feel that their butt was fondled with. She simply laughs at such a sight , as she never imaged she would do such a thing*
This one is a bit more complex. It basically allows you to create the illusion of impact to the point of making the enemy body react in a reflexive manner as if the hit was actually given. The simpler application is to make an enemy bow to your feet. But you can target for example, the nose, making the enemy close his eyes and gasp in pain. The crotch, making him grab it as a reflexive action and experience more pain. Etc etc etc.
In termas of the no hand seal version , it be safe to assume that it uses a hand gesture or is it applied like the Snake Crushing Genjutsu that simply allows you to channel chakra into the brain once you have knowledge of the targets location that is.

A simple but powerful illusion that is used immediately before an elemental technique. The user does one hand seal (Tiger, Ram or Horse) before the ones required for the elemental technique that follows. The result is that the enemy will see the next released technique as that of another element. However, to perfect the illusion, the user must train and have the ability to string the hand seal of the genjutsu with the ones of the elemental technique so that they seem to be only one set of hand seals.
Note: Usable 4 times
Note2: Can only be used before techniques of the 5 basic elements that the user knows
Note3: Can only use up to S-Rank on the same turn its used
Note4: Can only be taught by Scorps

The questions that wanted to ask firstly is that based on the description, I would assume that this can be used in the same timeframe as another technique when you string them together? Another question is that when the illusion is coasted, we can choice what element replaces the original element. The final questions is that in th case if a hand seal less technique, would you simply make the one hand seal then follow up with the technique or does the jutsu have to have hand seals to be comboed into each other also can you chain it into jutsu the let's say required you to stomp into the ground or slam your hands etc
If the technique you want to mask doesn't require handseals, you'll simply do the handseal of the genjutsu followed either by nothing or by the stomping, slamming hand on ground, etc. However, that will also make it more evident that you used a technique before the elemental one.

Yes, you can choose what element your opponent will see. For example, you can make the Earth Dragon become a Water Dragon or a Wind Dragon or a Lightning Dragon, etc etc.

Alright and one last question, when the technique is force within the illusion does it carry the elemental properties of the chosen element ? In example making the fire dragon from a water dragons. Would they feel it as heated instead of the real one which would be liquidy and such?

The form and shape of the technique will not change but everything else will seem of another element. The sound and the looks of the technique will change but if you touch it, it will not burn or cut you if isn't in reality a fire or wind technqiue for example.
Transform Fire into Water dragon = seeing and experiencing a water dragon but if you touch it you'll feel it burn.
