[Theory] With Secret, Prime Kin Gin defeats Hashirama.

If Hashirama doesn't know the secret to Kohaku no Jōhei, he loses plain and simple.

1)Hashirama, as stated by Tobirama, is dumb, so he'll never figure out the secret. In fact, almost no one can since the Kohaku no Jōhei requires no prep like the Gourd.


2) He likes to talk. He is a pacifist so all they need to do is take off the lid, randomly mention Hashirama's name, and let Hashirama ramble on about finding a non violent resolution.

Considering that it's almost impossible to know the secret beforehand, I'd say it'd be PNJ if Hashirama did know about it.

Dumb in the real sense...I'd say yes...but dumb when it comes to taking down your enemy?...I'd say nobody is that dumb...naruto and hashi are similar in such aspects...naruto doesn't tnj just anybody...he does it to people who have understandable but wrong resolves...same as hashi...they may be normal dumb but they are battle smart

How can anyone figure out the secret?

The only ways to figure it out is 1) to be sucked into it, or 2) watch someone else be sucked into it.

However since it's 1 vs 1, option 2 is not possible, leaving only option 1

the sage's weapons are dangerous as are Kin and Gin, and most people would fall into the trap.

However, Hashi one can argue that someone like hashi could not battle a genius like Madara over and over on just brute strength, and go so far to use a wood clone against someone like him.

Can you for certain say someone with his chakra wouldn't slip away as he did against an Uchiha

Hashi seems knowledgeable enough in some aspects of the history of the sage, whose to say he wouldn't recognise the weapons or immediately get cautious if he suspects they are the sage's weapons.

Still put Hashirama for the win, but thats all opinions i guess based on your logic

If he knew they were the Sage's weapons, that's giving way too much of a hint.

I honestly agree. The Kin/Gin brothers are entirely conditional fighters, Darui was strong and smart and still barely figured the jutsu counter in time. Also all of Hashirama's jutsu include the word 'wood' so boom guess whos going in the pot.
