(That Penguin infecting my student! xD Maybe I’ll teach you Fuinjutsu when I become a sensei. U_U)
Hmm you have some knowledge of earth but I think you need to know more about it so I want you to wine and dine this piece of earth while you listen to me. *Grabs a pile of dirt and throws it across from you. I then create a pillar of earth between you two acting as a table* Don’t judge me. * I create small earthen tools and juggle them in one hand has I give you an explanation*)
First if you dislike nothing this means you like everything and if you like everything there is nothing you hate so to hate nothing you repel hate so you dislike, dislike. U_U. LOL
Moving on, So you seem to know your KGs that involve earth, and earths uses and solidity so that is good. Well don’t forget you are also required to master Earth and Fire if you want Steel Release. Now I completely made this term up but Earth and Water are what I’d like to call Source Elements because many of their best techniques require sources for their maximum usage so make sure you read the terrain of the battle. Of course some of these techs can be created out of the air or from the inside of you, expelled by your mouth but most of the time it is best if you have a source of earth (since this is Doton class) if you want to be an efficient Doton user. These include any solid ground with grass, sand, or just rock, even forests; however, if you find yourself in an all water (that’s not shallow) environment, wooden floors/bridges, or steel ground like in Ame you will be in trouble. View this when you get the chance. [

It was a fight I had when Doton was my only mastered element. The enemy purposely got rid of the source to rob me of my best element plus he mastered Raiton making my life harder. We decided that I won on the move involving the huge mountains. ^^, but this will show how important a source is.
Your strength and weaknesses are on point, lightning cuts through Doton with ease while Doton can impede the force of water. No don’t look at me, continue your date with the mound of Earth and get to understand it(Hands you a box of Konoha Fried Chicken) KFC. (I smuggled it out of Konoha.^^), anyway there are KG’s that are strong and weak against Doton that you might want to remember. I doubt you will face all of these KG but I’ll tell you to leave no stone unturned #pun
Doton is strong against Ice, (Double strength to Dark), Rain, Scorch, Steam
Doton is weak to Dust, Sand, Blast, Boil, Steel, Storm, and Crystal.
When you master Earth I will tell you how to counteract the sound element with Doton
You can also combine Earth with Fire to create somewhat lava based techniques, Earth with Water to create Mud based techniques (but be careful of this, you need to know the nature of the techs you are combining but we will get to that later.), also Wind can be used to increase the force behind some Earthen techs.
*ending my juggling act* Any questions before we move on? If not come sit with me and enjoy the view as we work on your knowledge of Doton and developing your Doton chakra. Also did you manage to get the number of that pile of dirt, she seemed very lively??????
